Cozy country bungalow within the Amish Community

Cozy Bungalow, located in the heart of Amish country. Relax hearing the horse and buggies, going by the bungalow daily. 1 and 1/2 story bungalow with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, is located just minutes away from all Amish attractions. Main floor has kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, with queen size beds, and bathroom. Upstairs consists of 1 bedroom with full size bed. Linens and towels provided. Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, bakeware, spices, and (paper products)paper towels, toilet paper, and napkins. TV, Wifi, DVD player, some DVD's, books, and games. Pack-n-play, highchair, and booster seat is available.
Manh Amish homes and farms along the road, Stoltzfus produce stand and Hayloft ice cream with pond (can feed ducks) also has a play ground for small children, and within walking distance. Close to Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse, Bird in Hand, Sight n Sound in Strasburg, Shady Maple, Maple Grove Drag way, Green Dragon. Close to most Lancaster County attractions.

The bungalow is beautiful, warm, and very comfortable. It’s perfectly located and beautifully landscaped. Ted and Sharon are so welcoming and very friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay and we hope to return next year.

The house is very nice and extremely clean! The area around the house was also very well maintained. Inside, it is very warm and welcoming. It has everything we needed. The location is perfect for experiencing Lancaster and the surrounding area. The hosts greeted us and explained a few details about the house. Overall, this place was perfect. Thank you so much to the hosts. It is very easy to see all of the details and time taken to make the house welcoming.

The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Sharon and Ted were exceptional hosts - friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described.

One of the best places we have stayed. Due to food allergies I prefer to cook instead of eat out; Sharon's kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen I have encountered in my years of travel. The home was immaculate. Tom and Sharon were wonderful hosts and had great recommendations as to places to visit in the area, I enjoyed meeting and chatting with them. Their place is one I look forward to revisiting soon as you can tell upon arrival much love has been put into it. Thank you for a comfortable and enjoyable visit!

Absolutely a lovely place to stay. It is a great value for guests who definitely need 3 bedrooms. Super clean and welcoming. Sharon and Ted are among the best hosts we have ever met.

Ted and Sharon were very lovely and gracious hosts. They greeted us as we arrived and gave us the key and a delicious container of chocolate chip cookies. The house was very comfortable and immaculate. We felt very welcomed and relaxed during our stay. The house was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We would definitely rent from them again!

We purchased this property when the original owner passed away. He built it in 1946 when he came home from WWII. Him and his wife raised 3 children in this home. Lots of farm land in the area and neighborhood is usually quiet.
