This newly renovated one bedroom suite is located in the beautiful Lancaster County countryside. This apartment is attached to our house but has a private entrance. We are located between the villages of Intercourse and Bird-in-Hand and within fifteen minutes of most Lancaster Country attractions. Our property is surrounded by Amish farmland and is a quiet retreat for 1-4 people.

Enjoy the beautiful backyard in summer on the back deck or yard surrounded by trees. Open fire ring, wood, and gas grill provided.

Our apartment includes a bedroom with one queen bed, full bathroom, living room with a sofa bed, sun porch, and furnished kitchen. All linens are provided.

Weekend Getaway

Great place. Went for a solo peaceful weekend it was perfect. Loved the views from the kitchen window and small bay window of the farmlands.

Spectacular!

Omar and Mary were very sweet and kind. The place was clean, cozy, and quiet with amazing views. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful home away from home!

Very cozy and quiet

Beautiful Property, Outstanding Hosts!

My wife and I had a weekend stay at this property. It is very clean and comfortable. We've stayed here before and are planning our 5th weekend to stay next Spring. You will be pleased if you stay here. If you are planning on visiting Lancaster, definitely try to book with Omar and Mary. They were outstanding hosts!!

Already Have Reservations to Return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Simply Delightful. Oscar and Mary are friendly and helpful hosts and their rental is clean and comfortable. From a full kitchen, a deck, comfortable bed, fluffy towels and even homemade peanut butter cookies, we appreciated how they provide for the needs of their guests. This was our second time staying here and we have already made reservations for 2025!

Absolutely Perfect

The accommodations were perfectly located to all the things we like to enjoy in Lancaster County. The guest suite was above and beyond our expectations . . . quiet, immaculately clean, and comfortable with all the right amenities. I didn't get to meet Omar, but Mary was so very helpful with a delightful personality. My wife and I hope to stay here again in the near future.

Comfortable, relaxing, clean cottage

It was wonderful! The hosts are very friendly and full of knowledge about the area. Cottage is spotless and so warm and comfortable. We would not want to stay anywhere else!

Peaceful

The accommodations were clean and welcoming. Situated in the middle of Amish and Mennonite country we saw buggies and horses pulling plows. Beautiful area and attentive hosts.

Long weekend in Lancaster County

Quiet getaway perfect for 2 people. We were there for a long weekend for our anniversary and Omar and Mary were kind enough to give us a bottle of Sparkling Grape Juice to celebrate with. Oh, and homemade peanut butter cookies, too!

What a wonderful place to stay. Right in the heart of Amish country. Omar and Mary were awesome hosts. They were full of info about the area and gave us a lot of ideas of places to visit. The place was private and very peaceful. We plan on staying there again

Simply Delightful

The stay at Simply Delightful Guest Suite absolutely lives up to its name. I cannot say enough about the hosts Mary and Omar. Their obvious gift of hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere and I will treasure our stay there always. I hope to go back there sometime!! The accommodations are as welcoming as the hosts. It was cozy and relaxing and nestled into the middle of farmland

Home away from Home

Omar and Mary are the best! Greeted with a warm hello and quick tour and homemade cookies; they made us feel right at home. Super comfortable bed and pristine cleanliness. You can tell they take pride in lookimg after their place. Close to shopping and theaters and many quaint and special towns but just outside them so you can see the beautiful farms and farmland. If you stay, be sure to have lunch at Agape Cafe. Mary let us know about it and it was delicious. Cozy and friendly...if we are back in the area, we won't hesitate ti stay again.

Definitely "Simply Delightful"!

Mary and Omar are wonderful hosts who made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The suite is exceptionally clean and the hosts ensured that we had everything we needed. The location is ideal, situated in a quiet, agricultural setting and yet close to many local attractions. The name “Simply Delightful” describes the rental perfectly. We enjoyed it so much that we have already made another reservation!

Incredible beauty and peace

What a gem! First off, I can’t praise the owners enough - they were SO friendly and welcoming and worked hard to make our stay perfect. Second, you just can’t find a more beautiful place to stay. The sunrises were INCREDIBLE. I walked away wondering if we should relocate to Lancaster county - that’s how perfect it was. Highly, highly recommended.

Peaceful Haven in Lancaster County

My wife and I have stayed here 3 times. We absolutely love this property. The hosts Omar and Mary are delightful people. It's very peaceful nestled in the rural countryside. The property was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be returning. I'm planning my next trip already!!

Cozy comfort

This property is very cozy and comfortable, and has the main comforts of home. This was our second visit so that says a lot. The hosts are hospitable, and provide everything needed for a wonderful stay. A recliner is a must for us and a comfortable bed. There is a deck and a sunroom. It borders beautiful country setting!
