We've stayed here twice now because we had such an excellent experience the first time. Everything is clean, the kitchen is stocked with simple things like jugs of water and k-cups, they have every amenity you would expect and want. Definitely recommend it!

The house is extremely clean and provided everything that we needed! Communication was fantastic and they replied quickly to any and all questions! 10 out of 10 would recommend this property to anyone and we will be staying here again!

The house was very clean. Enjoyed the back deck over looking the river. The host had drinks and snacks available which was very nice to have upon our arrival. Enjoyed our trip here with spending time with family for a wedding. Beautiful countryside.

We had such a wonderful stay here! Of course, the porch is the star of this property, but we felt right at home inside. The house was so clean and the host supplied everything we needed. Communication was great and I never felt out of the loop. The beds were so comfy! We would love to come back.

We have came to PA for the sight & sound on several occasions. This was by far the greatest stay we have had. This place was wonderful. The owners checked in with us frequently to ensure we had everything we needed. However, this place was so nice there wasn’t anything we could’ve needed. I highly recommend this place. As long is it’s not when I’m coming. We’ll be back!

What a wonderful mini vacation we had. The Riverbank Lodge was Excellent. Marlena did a Great job with guiding us through the very simple check-in experience. The house was very clean and cozy. The space was perfect for three couples to have plenty of elbow room. We really enjoyed the open deck on the back of the house with a view of the river, and the perfect time of the year to take advantage of the propane burner. The location is central to all the Lancaster-Amish events, restaurants, shows and shopping. We are already looking forward to next year. Thank you for a worry free weekend.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely home on the river. It was immaculately clean (the windows sparkled) and had everything we needed. We cooked dinner one night and the kitchen was well stocked. The view over the river was beautiful and there was a spacious deck to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable, the entire house felt cozy and thoughtfully furnished. We felt right at home. You do have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the house which is all on the second floor as the first floor is a garage. This was not a problem at all, but should be mentioned. The location is perfect for touring Lancaster County. About 15 minutes from the Bird In Hand and Intercourse shopping villages and farmers markets, and the same to Lancaster historical center. You're in the middle of all the beautiful Amish countryside so driving anywhere was a joy.We absolutely recommend this home to anyone planning to come to Lancaster County. You will not be disappointed.

This is an amazing place. Everything was neatly ready for us, warm in a very cold night.It is quiet and good to rest or just to be a base for visiting around, which we did both.It has everything one could ever need to feel at home!

Pretty location next to the river. The kitchen and dining area are the perfect size/setup for eating in. The bedrooms are all nicely sized. Communication was easy.

Cute place, would stay again. The fireplace wasn't working, which was a little disappointing. Only real issue was the outlets in the kitchen and living room, which crackle/spark when you plug things in, so we kept everything unplugged while we were there just to be safe.

The host demonstrated excellent responsiveness, and the facility maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Its central location provided convenient access to a supermarket, and we enjoyed proximity to Sight and Sound and Intercourse. Our evening was enhanced by the deck and fire pit. We offer a positive recommendation.

Country Riverfront Getaway

Morning coffee on Conestoga Creek. Peaceful. The house is nestled in a wooded dell, surrounded by Amish farm country. So lovely and cozy. The host provided many little details to make the stay carefree, restful, and convenient. Good for country walks, outdoor dining on the water, and minutes from local tourist sights. I would absolutely stay here again.
