They had sand toys, chairs, boogie boards and wagon waiting for us to use and it was such a relief and a blessing to not have to bring all the extra it was just readily available! It’s so close to all the eating spots and treats we wanted to get! This stay was filled with so many thoughtful touches from flashlights and to laundry detergent! It was truly a home away from home feel! 10/10

Great Location

Loved the location!! Very clean and organized. Close to lots of stuff, including a store, a good restaurant, and a fun ice cream place right across the road. A nice little pool for the kids when they are tired of the beach. Would highly recommend!!

The stay at Flip Floppin Fun was great! The communication with the owner was fabulous, they give simple and understandable directions for everything. The best part for us was the close access to the beach and that they provided some beach gear! The location was great and the beach wasn’t ever crowded. We got a spot right on the water each day.

Fun getaway!

Clean, comfortable, convenient, close to the beach! Easy to find, lots of places near by to walk to eat, get grocery’s & ice cream! We came on a holiday weekend, so it was a tad bit busier than we like. But definitely would stay here again!

Family vacation

My family has visits gulf shores annually. We loved our stay at three 20s condo. It was truly a home away from home’ they have everything you would need! Even beach toys for the littles! And it’s a great location on the beach with a store with everything else you need just across the road! We loved this stay! We will be back!

Gulf Shores condo

Very nicely decorated, very clean and everything we needed was provided. The host is very good at providing information and keeping you updated. I gave a “4” for the overall score because it was smaller than expected - cozy is a good description.

Cozy and Quaint

We loved the property. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. We loved that you could walk across the street for just about anything- drinks, snacks, toys, ice cream.... etc. The host was immediately responsive if we had any questions. We would stay here again.

Stressful vacation

So many specific rules and regulations that we could not relax. Room was not ready at the time posted. The person in charge of the condo constantly texted and harrased us the first night. The beach was nice and the room was clean. Smaller than the pictures made it out to be and they should not say they have a pool. It's wasn't much bigger than a jacuzzi. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Guest stated 2 total guests staying in the condo. Yes, I messaged them asking how many were stating since we stage per person. Guest had multiple times to be upfront with us and let us know how many guests were staying. The guest texted at 4:05pm stating they had arrived and the code was promptly entered. We were out of town and lost track of time. So sorry for the 5 min inconvenience. All pictures on our listing are accurate and are not with a wide angel lens so you can see it’s not large. The square footage is also listed. Getting 4 adults and 2 kids all in one unit is tight in one of ours, there are larger units on the island- they’re more expensive though.

I would recommend renting this condo again 100%!! Condo was very clean with very short walk to beach! Host was excellent to work with and provided so many extras that you typically have to pack!

Clean, comfy condo

This property was accurately listed and conveniently located to tourist attractions. Being right on the beach, we utilized the beach chairs provided by the host. The host obviously takes care of this property and they have a top notch cleaning crew. Kitchen and bath had all of the amenities we needed and everything was in working order. The host provided plenty of information prior to our arrival and we had no questions during our stay. If you are looking for a clean, well cared for property that is comfy and has a great host, look no further.

Flip Flopping Fabulous!

We stayed at flip flopping fun for the Fourth of July weekend and has a wonderful time. The property is located on the beach, so no crossing streets or driving and having to hunt for parking. The view of the water is unobstructed and the beach is very well maintained. Overall we are very satisfied with the stay!

Beautiful place to stay

Enjoyed the weekend trip, place was nicely located, clean. But pool was not heated. But a great place to stay!;

Thank you Renee. The pool Heater is turned off or lowered depending on the outside weather. With the Spring being warm they probably have it lowered as to not have it on unnecessarily. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay!
