1st floor with private boardwalk to the beach! A convenient restaurant and grocery store across the street. The pool over looks the private beach access. This is a perfect place for your next beach getaway. This condo is a short bike ride or walk from downtown and great beach side shopping. This space is perfect for families with or without children. The bunk beds are a large full size! The pull out couch adds another room to this space. The master bedroom has balcony access and its own bathroom. The other bathroom is close to the second room and the living room. The balcony offers plenty of space to enjoy your morning coffee with the fresh gulf air, and even a view of the gulf between the building and our neighbors. Enjoy dinners at the kitchen table or take a stroll down beach boulevard and enjoy some fresh seafood!

Great location right on beach. Cozy, clean condo. Communication with owners was quick and easy too. Parking is tight but we managed just fine. I’d recommend black out drapes for main bedroom due to lights from high rise next door but great place will definitely stay again next year! Thank you!!

10/10. My granddaughter and I stayed in F1 had washer and dryer, dishwasher. 2 bedrooms very clean and cozy. Queen size bunkbeds and king size bed. Host was super nice. If I had a problem he saw to it right away. Pool was very clean and walkway to the beach was accessible. Highly recommend.

Parking for vehicles that aren’t midsize or smaller will struggle with finding a spot. Other than that everything was great

This was an excellent location- steps to the beach and pool. Our hosts were communicative and helpful. There was a grease fire the day before our arrival and they were able to have new appliances for an on-time check in. They also provided a stipend for some meals for our trouble. They also place was comfortable and perfect for relaxing. I would love to come back again!

Great location with beach access and with a pool. Host was quick with response and communication was great. Overall a great stay for Sand in my Boots festival.

Great stay

Had a great time at the condo! Easy check in, room was clean and bright. Beach access very easy, second floor by beach so a very short walk to paradise! If I had to put a negative, parking is tight and room could be update with plugs for tablets/phones on rainy days. But overall, great experience and we will probably return!

Family time at the beach

The condo is as described in the listing. We appreciated having cable and wi-fi access. The best part about the condo is that it is steps from the beach and the pool. With our group having children, being able to go inside as needed was a necessity. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at the Cozy Condo

Property was excellent. Very well described. We had a wonderful time visiting over the 4th of July. Our kids enjoyed the beach and the pool throughout our stay. Very close to restaurants and other things to do. Condo was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The parking is very tight for larger vehicles, but we were able to find a spot along the fence every night. Would definitely recommend staying at this property. Bring your drinks, snacks, and beach chairs and enjoy this property!

Made a nice home away from home

Stayed with our two kids ages 8 and 11. They were stoked about the Queen sized bunk beds. It was nice to have our own space with a private bathroom. Condo was clean, the host made it easy to get in. Only thing that was a slight inconvenience was the parking garage. Spaces were a little tight but that’s largely out of the owners control. It was nice to have a covered space to park. It is only steps away from the beach. Wonderful location with a convenience store across the street. Would definitely stay again.

Spring Break 2024

We were on our annual Spring Break adventure and looking for somewhere other than a hotel. After searching for over 2 weeks I found this property that fit our budget and needs. It was close to everything we wanted to visit without being in the middle of the “spring break scene” and reasonably priced. This was my 1st time booking with anything other than a hotel and I am pleased. The owner was in constant communication no matter what question I had. That’s a HUGE plus! The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and perfect for any length of stay. I will definitely use them again!
