Gulf Watch 204 by Duncan Real Estate

Gulf Watch #204 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo across from the stunning white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island! The condo has a screened balcony with views of the Gulf, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Living room with views of the Gulf, also has plenty of seating with large flat screen and open plan dining area with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an extra eat in area with a small dining table and seating for 4. The master bedroom has a King size bed with flat screen, ensuite bathroom with a shower tub and sliding door which leads out to the screened balcony. The guest bedroom features a King size bed with flat screen and a guest bathroom with tub/shower combination. This is a large condo with plenty of room to spread out, there is WiFi so you can stay connected. The Condo complex amenities include a pool and covered parking. Two parking spots are available.

BED & BATH DETAILS:

Master bedroom includes a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom includes a King size bed and hall bathroom.

Close proximity to shopping, restaurants located on Bridge Street and close to the Gulf Drive Cafe. Enjoy the free Island Trolley with stops up and down the Island. The fabulous white sand beaches of the Island are located across the street!

*Some associations on the Island do not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV's. Please check with our office if you plan on traveling with any of these.

Amazing!

This place was amazing! The beach is directly across the street and the pool on site was so nice! We will definitely return in the future.

Great location

Many things to do in area. Golf cart rental 2 days , biking, pontoon rental day on intercoastal. Lots of food and beach days!! Weather was wonderful everyday since we heard it rained almost everyday in Michigan.

Great location; outstanding beach!

Great location - not commercial… no tourist chains. Great restaurants (Tide Tables is our favorite). Nice views of the ocean from the living room and balcony. Set up beach chairs in the AM and go across the street and back for a nice balance of sun and cold AC. Short walk to the pier and the little township of Bradenton Beach Overall, a great location to vacation - and a nice condo that is built for it.

House smells of mold especially in the lower kitchen cabinet needs damp rid or something

Please let us know while you are here next time so we can come fix anything that troubles you. We see that we delivered new beach chairs the first day of your stay and that was it. We did of course check the whole property after you left and did not notice anything remarkable. We treated with Congrobium for prevention and installed some Damp Rids, per your suggestion, just in case. Such a perfect location and relaxing place to stay

We have been to anna maria island every year over the last 12 years, and we enjoyed our stay here so much ! It was our first time staying in bradenton beach and it was so convenient and close to everything. We walked to dinner and shopping several times, and had s blast being right across the street from the beach. Our tv messed up in the middle of our week, and they were so quick to respond to our call and send someone out to fix it. Everything was beyond satisfactory and super clean which is so important right now. We will definitely rent here again.

An amazing rental!

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island, and this condo ended up being in the perfect location! We appreciated Duncan Realty’s responsiveness and had no issues with the condo. At the end, when we were checking out, we had an issue as we had nowhere to put our trash (trash is collected only on Thursdays, and any trash you have can only placed in the community bin the night before). Despite this, the property manager was understanding, helpful, and made sure that we were good to check out. I definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting to be right near the beach in a great area.

Great location / Condo okay

Walking distance to restaurants, shops, Circle K, Historic Bridge Street. Good beach access! Condo served its purpose with the basics. Did not feel owners make it hospitable for their renters. Couch and loveseat very worn with stains/discoloration. Cable TV in second bedroom not hooked up. All cables and box sitting on dresser. Hooked up myself. Ceiling fan in living area not working, refrigerator not working upon arrival. Had to call maintenance and rep at Duncan Realty was rude when I did call.

It was very nice and a good location.

It was very nice and a good location. It needed a little maintenance. The storm door was broken. The carpet and sofas were stained. The bathroom faucet handle was hard to work and it leaked. The shower head was plugged up.
