The host was easy to contact and kept in contact with us. The condo was clean and perfectly furnished for a family with young and older kids. Access to the beach was a breeze and the close pool was nice. Great restaurants nearby as well and super close trolley access.

Our stay at the Tipsy Turtle will be one we always remember! The condo was clean and welcoming. It had all the comforts of home, but on vacation! The convenience of the beach was the best part. It's a family friendly destination and we can't wait to go back!

Surpassed our expectations. Everything about the unit was very well thought through, games for kids, beach supplies, full sized kitchen and linens and towels. More spacious than we anticipated and an easy walk to the beach with kids. We are very happy with our stay and highly recommend this listing. Gregory was responsive and helpful with check in and various questions throughout the week. Wonderful location and a great place to stay for families.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The owner was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit, checking in to ensure everything was going well.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, and having all the beach gear provided was such a wonderful convenience. There were plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels for everyone.The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach. Our kids loved the saltwater pool, and the pickleball courts were a great bonus for the whole family.Overall, this was a wonderful vacation rental, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This condo unit was the perfect place for our one month stay. The unit itself was impeccably decorated, very clean, and very well equipped. There were appliances and items stocked in the kitchen that I would never have expected to see in a rental. From air fryers to plush beach towels to all the beach equipment you could possibly need - exceptional. The beds were comfortable and the host certainly made sure bedding was very good quality.The common areas of Runaway Bay are also very nice. The pool is very large and saltwater, which is a nice bonus.The location is also perfect - close to the beach and to all that AMI has to offer. Gregory, the host, was extremely responsive and kept us up to date on anything happening in the complex that we needed to know.This was such a wonderful experience that we will definitely look to book in the future.

10/10!! This property is fully stocked with everything you need for an unforgettable trip. Comfortable beds, LOTS of extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen has everything you’ll need. Beach and Pool toys available. The Host has excellent communication and responded to us almost immediately with any questions we had. We are looking forward to staying here again next year!
