Located in Building 3 on the ground floor, this two-bedroom condo offers luxury and comfort. As you walk-in, there is a utility closet on the left with a washer/dryer combo inside for your convenience. Then, the condo opens up with the beds and bathrooms on the left. You walk into the kitchen with the living area right past. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils and anything else that you need to cook or bake with during your vacation. There are plenty of spots to sit at the bar. Right past the kitchen is a comfortable living area with free WiFi and a sleeper sofa. There is a balcony off the living area where you can sit and feel the salt air.

There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom suite with a flat-screen television. The master has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat-screen television. The second bathroom is located in the hall with a tub/shower combination. The condo sleeps up to six people.

Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in the Dome Area of Bldg 4.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
