The Space:
Escape to ultimate tranquility at Sanders Cottage—a gorgeous home located in a coveted downtown Coeur d’Alene neighborhood. As soon as you arrive you’ll notice mature trees lining the street and the neighborhood’s peaceful ambiance. This home is merely blocks from Tubbs Hill—filled with incredible views, hiking for all ages and unique beaches. An easy walk down Lakeshore Drive towards the historic Jewett House will take you to the long public section of local favorite Sanders Beach. When you stay here, you may not even need a car!

With an open floor plan, this downtown home is ideal for entertaining and family bonding. The welcoming living room features one couch, two loveseats, a fireplace and a TV. Nearby, the spacious kitchen has more than enough counter space and an island with seating for two. It will be easy to gather everyone together for a meal at the adjacent long wooden dining table that seats eight. The main floor also conveniently has a spacious laundry room with a half bathroom.

Head upstairs to find the fantastic sleeping accommodations. The huge master bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, table with seating for two, walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub. There are also two other beautiful bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two twin over full bunk beds—and a second stand alone bathroom with a shower/tub. If you need a comfy bed for two more, the main floor also has a queen sofa bed.

You’ll love spending time outdoors at Sanders Cottage! The front porch’s lush landscaping offers beauty and privacy, plus a bench swing and plenty of seating to enjoy your morning coffee. Perfect for summer nights, the back patio area has everything you need for a dream vacation. There’s a seating area for four with a BBQ, a gas fire pit table with seating for four, and wood-burning fire pit with seating for eight.

Guests will have the home to themselves, with guest services available M-F 9-5 and 24/7 emergency on-call.
