THREE KING BEDROOMS! You will love our Newly remodeled home with over 1600 sq. ft. This perfect desert retreat is located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. You can always feel confident that the unit is super CLEAN! Soak in some sun or cool off at the community POOL and HOT TUB! We provide the pool towels and pool noodles. Enjoy a new accessible ramp entry and plenty of PARKING for your trailers. With a large dining table, everyone can gather around and talk about the day's adventures! There is also a generous sized gathering room, a huge and very well stocked group kitchen so you can have many cooks, a cozy gas fireplace, a FENCED YARD, and an oversized 2 car garage with Foosball and a new Air Hockey table for the kids (or adults)! Take in the beautiful views of Moab Rim on the oversized back patio, and enjoy stargazing around the cozy GAS FIRE PIT in the evenings. Just 12 minutes to Arches.

The community pool and hot tub are just a short walk away!!

Michelle’s place is absolutely wonderful! The attention to detail and care in the home were noticeable. Great furnishings, very clean, cute decor, and much more spacious than I expected. Kitchen is large and well stocked and labeled with anything you could need. Bed and pillows were A. Would definitely return.

The house was very clean and had plenty of room to relax for our family. Our host was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed but this house has it all. Big beds, follow away beds and a pullout couch if you need them, lots of cozy blankets, a backyard for the dogs, a fire pit for evening hangouts, and so much more. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Haha! We must have been a stop on your tour of National Parks since we are not convenient to Zion or Bryce NP’s. We are very convenient to Arches and Canyonlands NP’s. But thanks for staying with us nonetheless! Your messages when you stayed indicated you were very happy with our place!

Property was beautiful. Well stocked kitchen. View from the patio of the cliffs were stunning. We sat outside and stargazed at night. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding amazing!!Master has handicap accessible shower with a shower chair a bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Retreat

We had such a great time. Loved that it was a bit out of town; made for a quiet and relaxing stay. Place was really clean and stocked perfectly. Only critique is that the master bath had long black hair everywhere. Beyond that it was perfect. Would absolutely stay again.

Hi Tim, I'm guessing the reason you left 4 stars instead of 5 was your trouble with the door code. If you enter it wrong too many times, it shuts off and it takes a few minutes to re-set. Sorry that you had trouble with that but hopefully you will stay with us again!

The stay was more than expected, better than pictures, neighborhood was nice and convenient to Moab. We appreciated such a well thought out rental and appreciate the host for that. We would definitely look forward to a return stay in the future.

Moab family spring break

Great property, the house was well-laid out and everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen had a nice assortment of pots, pans, utensils and spices. The house is located a few minutes drive outside of town, which wasn't a big deal for us. We'd stay here again!

Great location

We had a great stay. Close to town and convenient locations to visit all the parks. It would be nice if when we arrived and throughout the day the thermostat didn’t reset to such a high temp that then took hours to cool off.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and even more than we expected! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, and utensils. Our younger kids loved the board games while the older kids loved being outside playings bags or sitting around the fire pit. We also enjoyed the pool and playground which was just a short walk from the house. Michelle was a great host - she was happy to answer any questions that we had and was so easy to communicate with. We will definitely book this house again if we are ever back in Moab :)

Beautiful Home

This home was the perfect choice for our extended weekend in Moab. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated and had all the normal comforts of being at home. We would most definitely stay at this property again!

Great house and great location

Great house and great location for kids. Easy trip to Arches and up the mountains. Lots of great amenities too. Grill and outdoor seating along with fun activities in the garage. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Beautiful Place

We are a family of 5 from Park City, Utah. Our kids all grew up dirt biking so Moab was a natural place for us to go for long weekends until we ended up buying this unit. We love having a home we can share with people who also enjoy the beautiful landscape of Moab!

We discovered Moab in 2003, and in 2007 decided we decided to buy a place. We bought the unit before it was built and had several custom features put into it as it was being built, making it an even more comfortable and unique space. It is at the far end of the street away from the highway and has plenty of street parking for trailers for your toys!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

No need to draw straws for the king bed because we have three of them! Each bedroom has a smart TV, storage and 2 of the bedrooms lead to a private back patio. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a new walk in shower. You will not be fighting over bathrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms!

You will love coming back to our home after a long day of adventuring whether it's to relax on the huge back patio with the fire pit, or gather around the cozy gas fireplace in the living area. You can have many cooks in our large, well stocked kitchen cooking a great meal! Then have your whole group gather around the large dining table to talk about the day's adventures! Or you can sit out at the outdoor dining table and enjoy the beautiful views of Moab Rim and even some party lights! Bring your favorite BBQ chef to cook out on the grill!

You can pack lightly because there is a full size laundry room, equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets, along with plenty of pool towels for everyone!

Take the kiddos to cool off at the pool with the provided pool noodles. If you want to get out of the sun, go inside the clubhouse and relax and watch some TV!
