Welcome to our east-side Saratoga Springs house, located 10 minutes from downtown, the racetrack, and Saratoga Lake. A large 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a pool, washer/dryer, and 25 acre of forever wild forest in the backyard. This is a perfect home away from home for your family vacation!

My husband and I are Saratoga Springs locals, who love our charming town and are excited to share it with new and returning visitors. We hope our comfortable and spacious house will be a great base and home as you visit Saratoga's historic sights. Please don't hesitate to ask about recommendations for what to do, including restaurants, activities, and how to get around.

The Space
Our house features 1 master bedroom, 3 regular bedrooms, 4 complete bathrooms, full kitchen, and a basement with a complete entertainment center. In our backyard, you would not only have access to our pool and hot tub, but also the 25 acres of forever wild forest to adventure and explore. The only restricted part of the house is the locked room in the basement (which we use for additional storage).

Feel free to use any appliances in any part of the house (hair dryer, coffee machine, etc). I will leave coffee and tea for you to use.

Location
Our house is located at the head of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. We are a quick 10 minute drive from the downtown area and racetrack. You would be able to easily access all the wonderful offerings Saratoga Springs through a quick drive, including the State Park, Performing Arts Center, and Saratoga Lake. You are also 5 minutes away from the Wilton Mall which has a movie theater and grocery store.

Make sure you let me know when you plan to arrive and I will meet you at the house to give you the keys.

For check out, just leave your keys on the kitchen counter when you are ready to and easy!

Best stay in Toga!

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this house, the hosts are lovely and very responsive and the house is a gem! Beautiful property and amazing pool, coming back every year has been the best

FANTASTIC STAY

Great stay. Very clean and well maintained. Well equipped. Pool, Hot Tub,outdoor dining and grill were perfect. The owners could not be nicer and where extraordinarily accommodating on our arrival. The house also had nice proximity to the town and track. Super rental property for large families or groups, I highly recommend it!

Great Weekend

Honestly, the pictures don't do justice to the house - very big, luxurious, and lots of little amenities Cindy left available for use (drinks, towels, pool gear, snacks, toiletries, etc etc etc). The house is huge, the yard even bigger, and slept 12 people very comfortably (could have had more!) Cindy was also very easy to work with to get it all planned and the house ready for our stay!

Track Season 2021

My family and I had such a great stay at this property. We've been renting for years in Saratoga Springs and this place was amazing! We have a 4yr old and 6 yr old, who both loved the pool and the neighborhood, which is great for riding bikes and pushing them in the stroller. Cindy was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we had questions! Thanks so much! What a great vacation!

Fabulous In Every Which Way!

My family and I — my daughters 32 and 16, my son 29 and his girlfriend — enjoyed a wonderful four night stay over the long Labor Day weekend. Couldn’t be happier! Beautiful home, setting and neighborhood! We loved the pool, hot tub, back deck, finished basement with ping pong and fooseball. Great kitchen when we stayed in and cooked, too. Also an outside grill. Owners Cindy and Manny were absolutely wonderful. Answers a couple questions we had right away. Also left us a beautiful welcome basket! All the amenities we needed, too! Comfy beds, pillows, etc. Great 3 mile loop around gorgeous neighborhood for morning runs and walks. Plenty of bikes for us to use, too! Very upscale neighborhood, yet private, just a few miles outside downtown Saratoga Springs. We absolutely loved it, and will be back! Thank you again, Cindy & Manny! 😊😊😊

An amazing family break!

My family of four and another family found this rental to get a break of the indoor humdrum of Covid. It was the best thing to hit us in months. Booking was a breeze, Cindy and Manny responded within minutes to all questions. They gave us a plethora of ideas and tips. We were nervous about travelling during Covid but we felt so safe and at home. Everything was clean and sanitized. Little things like seasonings, pantry items and soaps that most home don't offer were there. Any platter, dish and pan was there. Every bedroom was a dream to sleep in. In fact we even asked the name brand of the beds for us to purchase. The home is decorated beautiful and functionally. The basement was a total hit for our tweens. It was if they had their own hotel on their own. The most amazing factor was the outdoors. We only left twice in 10 days! The kids aged 10-12 were all happy as can be. Swimming in the pool all day long, nature hikes on sight, hot tub, chicken coup, frogs, tons of space to run around and play games and beautiful landscaping. We couldn't have asked for anything more and cant wait to make this our new yearly tradition! Don't hesitate on this one folks!

Great Property - Perfect Setting

Myself and 9 adults stayed at the house for a long weekend by the pool and visiting the track and surrounding areas. We could not have been more happy with our choice. The house was great for entertaining and we spent most of our time outside on the deck, by the pool, or in the large grassy yard. It is incredibly well stocked for cooking large meals and there is plenty of space on all 3 floors for people to lounge, hang out, or crash. Cindy and Manny were awesome and gave us plenty of good tips and ideas for things to do around the house. We would absolutely consider coming back for another long weekend.

Perfect Family Weekend Getaway

This Saratoga property was the perfect distance from the track and downtown and perfect for our family. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and had every amenity we needed for a perfect family weekend. We are usually a family who looks for the perfect places to eat and things to do but we were so comfortable we cooked in, enjoyed the pool, rode bikes, played games & made memories. Cindy & Manny were the perfect hosts & would definitely recommend.

Great house and great host

This is a great home and was perfect for our group of 10. We all slept comfortably. The property was even better than the pictures in the listing. Awesome back yard with a big pool for the hot days, and plenty of space to relax inside. There is a lot of space to relax. Cindy was very accommodating and was always happy to communicate on any questions, etc. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in Saratoga for a week/weekend.

Great Weekend With Friends

We spent the weekend of Travers Week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house and property was immaculate with plenty of linens available for everyone. The pool provided plenty of entertainment and enjoyment while were there and the house was centrally located within easy driving distance of everything we wanted to do including the race track, downtown Saratoga, and dining! Would definitely recommend this wonderful property to anyone and cannot say enough about the hospitality Cindy showed us throughout the weekend! She was available directly when we had questions and really made us feel at home!

Weekend Getaway

We had a lovely girls weekend getaway. Cindy and her husband Manny made sure the property was ready for our arrival and were very attentive to our needs. The house is beautiful and had everything anyone could possibly need. Highly recommend a stay!

Absolute Perfect House for Race Weekends

We couldn't be happier with our experience, Cindy was amazing to work with and set the house up perfectly. The house had everything we were looking for. The pool, the fire pit, the deck, all made for a relaxing weekend. We will be again for sure!
