Newly renovated condo- Shore Drive building right on the beach

Bright and cheerful beach decor in a newly renovated condo on the 11th floor of Maisons-Sur-Mer. Brand new furniture, and in fact brand new everything down to the last stud in the wall!

Make lasting memories while you take in beautiful views of the surrounding area from the expansive decking, including a golf course and beautiful sunsets. Take in live music at Flip Flops, a nearby beach bar. And your building is just a hop & skip to the beach!

You'll enjoy lower rates than some of the other rentals at Maisons-Sur-Mer, as this unit is not on the ocean-view side of the building.

The building has an outdoor grilling area, tennis courts, and a dining room downstairs. There is a kids' game room with a pool table and video game machines.

The building is very secure, featuring keypad entry to the condo and 24/7 security staff at the front desk.

There are three beds as follows: a king bed in the 1st bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. We provide towels and bed linens freshly laundered before your stay.
