Great family vacation!

Our stay was wonderful, the home was clean, well stocked and well maintained. The backyard was beautiful and everyone enjoyed the pool. The second kitchen in the lower level was a great bonus and made for easy outdoor living. The owner was super responsive and pleasant. Our family is definitely visit again! Thank you so much

Excellent place. True to the listing.

Spacious house and backyard pool. Two kitchens a plus. Child alarms alerting you when a little one is headed out is a great feature. First floor two full bathrooms is a nice set up. Great for a small or large group. Easy access to beaches, stores, restaurants. Quiet street is relaxing and safe.

Wonderful week rental

We adored the pool and yard and the house and had a great summer week-long rental at this property. The house was stocked well with everything we needed from linens, to cookware, to games for our kids and floats in the pool. The home and pool were beautifully maintained and the owners were responsive and helpful. Would definitely return again! Thanks for a wonderful week!!

Fantastic Getaway that's close to everything

What a fantastic house for a quiet vacation in the Hamptons. The pool was wonderful, and the bay was just a few short blocks away - and quiet! Mostly it was just us, and the water was perfect for our smaller kids. The ocean was just a short drive, and lovely as well. The house was quiet and roomy, and we never felt on top of each other. Pat and Ann were welcoming and responsive to our requests and removed any worries we may have had. Everything was fantastic. You'll love it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house was very well appointed for our needs, well maintained and located. The owners were friendly and responsive and clearly interested in who they rent to.

Great week our East!

We loved our week in Hampton Bays! Property was clean. Perfect set up for 2 families! Pool was terrific and owner was always available. Can’t wait to return!

A Dream Vacation

After many, many months of isolation, our family came together at this wonderful property for a week of relaxation and fun. The house exceeded our expectations. It is very well appointed, a great location and our host could not be any more cordial. Our grandsons loved the nearby beaches, hunting for horseshoe crabs, minnows and swans. The ocean beach was fabulous and the pool at the house was incredible. We felt so lucky! Thank you for sharing your house with us, we went home rejuvenated.

Happy returning customer

Our second straight year, and the house was great once again. Very clean, which is so important this year of course. We enjoyed the screened-in porch more this year, and the pool was relaxing and fun again. No issues with the beaches during the week. As a visitor, be there by noon to be sure to get on.

Wonderful rental

This is a perfect family rental! Lots of room for all and the outside pool area is spacious and new. This house has central air which was great too. We would definitely rent this property again.

great house with all the amenities and a convenient location

My husband and I who relocated from LI last fall reserved this home for 9 nights. Our NY based family and friends of 12 at its max (who came and went over the course of the 9 days) thoroughly enjoyed this split level home with 2 kitchens, 2 TVs/sitting areas, fabulous pool/back yard/BBQ and it was equipped with every conceivable amenity including 2 kayaks, and 3 bicycles as well as having well stocked kitchens and bathrooms. You can roll the kayaks down the block and be in the water in 5 minutes. Small bay beaches are also within short distances.Our hosts were most gracious and certainly we would consider returning next year if we are again in NY.

Fantastic NY experience

Every summer we rent a house to spend a week with my family, my sister and my parents. We love Cape May and different places in NJ but this time we wanted to try something different… we were greatly surprised from the experience of renting this beautiful property! The location is excellent, few miles from the ocean and in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Close to many conveniences (tourist attractions, supermarket, wine store, etc). The house is nicely renovated and well maintained with a very stylish decor and all the comforts you can think in your vacation trip. The pool is out of this world, my kids didn't want to leave for a minute. It is super clean and well maintained as the rest of the house and they provide anything you possible need by the water. We enjoyed the very nice deck in the mornings and then move by the pool and grilled something in the evenings. There's plenty of wineries and beautiful restaurants just minute drives from the house along with farms and farm to table places. Pat and his wife were amazing hosts, attentive to any request during our stay and making super easy the rental process. We'll definitely will go back to their beautiful place in NY.
