Queens Cove Cottage - Amazing Lake Norman vacation rental log cabin with many recent updates! - new kitchen completed in early 2020 and in 2019 a new screened in porch was added with awesome views of Lake Norman, new hot tub, additional 400 sq ft family space added - new hardwood floors on main and lower level and opened up with great flow!

Location, location, location as this beautiful log cabin is ideally located on Lake Norman within 15 minutes of Mooresville, Davidson and Cornelius.

Bring your family and friends to this ideally located 6 Bedroom (3 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 4 Twin), 4.5 Bath log cabin nestled on roughly 1.2 acres. Large back yard, fire pit, hot tub, lakeside screens in porch and covered dock perfect for outdoor entertaining.

Tremendous amount of space on the interior with bedrooms and full baths on all 3 levels, including a separate private living area with lake views in the walk-out basement, complete with king bed, sitting room, game room and large wet bar area with sink, refrigerator, and microwave.

Fantastic indoor/outdoor amenities with (6+) Kayaks (4+ adults, 2 kids), pool table, card table and arcade game with 60 of the classics for kids and big kids including Pac Man, Ms. Pac Man, Frogger, Donkey King, Galaga, & more!

Slip available for your boat should you wish to bring it, or if you prefer, rent one to be delivered to our dock for your stay!

🐶 Your dog is welcome as well for a $150 pet fee.

Property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and 2 exterior security cameras for security purposes.

The backyard was AMAZING! We played ultimate frisbee, corn hole, and soccer! The dock was great and swimming off the dock was perfect! Very quiet location, no boat traffic and easy to get to main channel of lake. Property was very well stocked! Lots of fans if you need them to sleep, but AC kept house cool. Hot tub was great, lots of indoor games provided. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back for sure!

Property was great, water was still deep enough to bring our pontoon and a ski Nautique and keep at the dock. Great little cove and easy access out to lake. House was great and we filled it with our group. Had plenty of cooking utensils and love the double oven as we are a cooking family. There was a bad storm after couple days of being there and lightning took out hot tub and well pump...host was very responsive and handled promptly along with compensation for our troubles even though you can't control an act of God! Overall is was just what we wanted, peace and quiet lake setting with great outdoor space for big family.

Hands-down, a fantastic rental!!! The host is friendly, communicates promptly, and answered every single question we had!! Even went and measured the water at the dock for us during the drought before we arrived!! The house is fully stocked. The pier was very accessible for both boats that we brought to be parked. The cove to the house was very nice. We were able to swim at the end of the dock. We all enjoyed the kayaks and playing games! I have nothing negative to say at all about this house, stay or vacation! Would 1000% rent again! Great/Amazing host!!!

This home was such a gem. Plenty of room for the 5 families to spread out and not be cramped in a small place. Plenty of room for the 5 families to spread out and not be cramped in a small place. The screened in porch off the family room was everyone’s goto area for cards and games around the table with the view of the lake. At night the sounds of the tree frogs and crickets made it such a peaceful place. The cove leads out to a wider cove where we tubed without all the boat traffic on the main channel. Stutts marina was just a short boat ride from there for gas. It is also super close to many grocery stores which we got delivered a few times to avoid leaving and many restaurants too! If we decide to do another Lake Norman family vacation next year, this will be the place we stay again.

There was plenty of room for all 13 of us to spread out, plenty of plates/silverware/glasses, and the ping pong table was a hit. It wasn't far to a few restaurants and grocery was just a few minutes away. The host was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay!

Christmas reunion at the lake!

Amazing property! My family and I had a wonderful time at this amazing house. Lakeside fires, plenty of space and games all around. Kitchen was big enough to cook for all and room to relax when done. Property management was attentive and responsive. A Christmas tree was even set up!!! We will be back.

Our family of 8 enjoyed our yearly get together at Queens Cove. The home was clean and well equipped except for the lack of a garbage disposal. It was complicated doing dishes for 8! The beds were comfortable and the lake front location and dock were great.

New Years Annual Getaway

We are 4 families who are friends/family and spend every New Year/holiday season together. Usually, we are in NY or FL, but this year we decided to meet in the middle. We happened to fall upon this house when we were searching and it fit all of our needs. However, once we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The house is stunning and we enjoyed every moment spent there. So happy we got to stay here!!!

Large family vacation

Great location for quick access to shopping and renaissance fair. It had all the most importance features for us…pool table, hot tub, large functional kitchen, and fire pit with WOOD…. Driveway/parking not an issue with our 5 vehicles. I would recommend sound machines for sleeping… especially if you are in the downstairs bedroom.

My family enjoyed our week at this property. It accommodated our large group more than adequately. There is a nice assortment of deck areas with lovely views of the dock and the beautiful lake. The large lawn insured privacy and a place for outdoor activities. All in-house amenities were well provided for. In addition, the Property Manager was exceptional in that she responded quickly to the concerns we had throughout the week and was quite pleasant to deal with. The reason for the 4 stars was the presence of pests in various rooms of the house over the course of the week and dust on the shades in a few bedrooms which was something we would not have expected.Overall, a pleasant vacation.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I always appreciate suggestions, as we are always looking for ways to improve upon our guests’ experience. As we discussed, being in a lakeside environment, we are subject to pests that call it home. Our quarterly pest control treatments ensure that pests do not survive once they enter the home, so finding the occasional dead bug indicates that it is working. I understand they are unsightly though, and we do apologize for that. I will of course pass along all issues to my cleaners, as they are quite conscientious and are quick to remediate anything missed. I assure you it was not intentional. Queen's Cove Treasure

We loved everything about staying at this property. We had young children, tweenagers, teenagers, young adults, and adults and this property met the needs of everyone. It was beautiful, close to everything, had an amazing kitchen, we loved the zero entry into the lake, the gazebo with a fan by the water, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was the best we've ever had, and much more. The management company was easy to work with and addressed the issues we had promptly. We've stayed at Lake Norman summer after summer and we finally found a property we will return to!

Lake Stay

It was overall good. A circuit in the house tripped and wouldn’t come back which was a little frustrating and disappointing. They had corn hole but one bag is torn so only 3 bags for that color. Otherwise everything was great and as listed.

Wonderful

This vacation house is ideal for all ages! Plenty of room, great screened porch, covered area by beach( with fan), pool table- and more!. The beach was ideal for small children and they could walk right into the lake. The kitchen is very well stocked with everying you need for multiple people. No garbage disposal- but that turned out not to be an issue at all as there are multiple trash bins. Easy to communicate with Katie. It was a wonderful week- we have already booked again for next year!!
