My family and I enjoyed our stay there. It was a great location to the beach and the village. We had trouble with the heating of the pool and they responded right away. Great location and great service.

Our stay at Landfall Cottage on St. Simons Island was wonderful! The house is within walking distance of East Beach/Coast Guard Beach, and we loved having a golf cart to ride into the Village.The house was beautiful, comfortable, and so thoughtfully decorated. You can definitely tell it is a well-loved home. We especially enjoyed the relaxing porch and pool area. Our family loved our stay, and we will definitely be back!

We loved our visit to St. Simons and the house was perfect for our family. We had a couple of issues as we got in but the host was fantastic to communicate with and got us sorted out quickly. We would happily go back to this home and stay in this host's property again. The beach was an easy walk for us which was great coming down with a couple of young kids and the pool was a fantastic asset to have after a hot day on the beach. Suited our needs great.

We enjoyed our stay at Landfall Cottage. It was a perfect place for our two families and our 3 dogs. It was nice to have access to the hot tub and heated pool since our weather was cooler while we visited. The home is well stocked with any kitchen appliances you might need. We also loved the short and easy walk to East Beach or easy bike ride into the Village.

Nice house and close to beach

We just stay for a weekend the house is clean and beautifully decorated! And the location is nice just a short walk to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The great: Lovely location! Cute home filled with a well stocked kitchen. Lots of creature comforts and the plunge pool was a great time- thank you for having us. What could improve: the pillows are flat as a board, a dog has run through the screened porch doors so there were lizards and bugs in the porch, and the TVs were smaller then computer monitors

Charming. Would rent again.

This property was very clean and well maintained. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Location was central to beach, restaurants, and shops. We were very happy with this rental.

Lovely island property

Other than a problem with the batteries in the door keypads when we arrived (a problem quickly remedied), the property was very comfortable and well prepared. We liked the short walk to the beach.

Epitome of the perfect Beach House

We had a wonderful time at this homey, perfectly located house. We could easily walk to the beach, we could even hear the waves from the yard at night. The home was cozy and perfectly equipped for everything we needed! The screened in porch is a dream. Would love to stay again.

Recent Stay

The house was clean and as advertised. There was some issues with the refrigerator and dish washer, which need to be replaced. Good access to beach. Overall, nice little house for a quick get away.
