Everything about this property was first class. The house is perfect for families and/or multiple couples. The location could not have been better. We would definitely stay there again

Wonderful weekend for our group of 10 friends!! Spacious and we never felt.on top of each other. The beds were great. Walking distance to the beach and a very short drive to restaurants would definitely statu again.

Everything was exactly like the photos. It took us only a couple of minutes to walk to the beach.

The Lighthouse Cottage was the perfect St Simons get away for our family. We would definitely stay here again!! The location and amenities were perfect. The home had everything we needed for cooking meals, relaxing together and enjoying the beach. It was a short, easy walk to the beach and restaurants and a quick drive to downtown and the grocery store. Beach towels were provided. We rented beach gear through the company they recommend and that was so convenient. The spa was lovely and we grilled a couple times. The rental company was very responsive to all our needs and helped make our stay perfect. Thanks!!

Family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. The house was beautiful. Very well decorated. Clean from top to bottom. Close to the Mallery Street shoppes. Quiet all day. Plenty of space to relax and hang up with family. Communication with property management was ideal. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our annual family vacation. Would highly recommend this home.

Awesome location!

Great location, easy walk to beach and restaurants. The property was clean and comfortable with a full house. The management company was responsive and helpful with every question and request. Will stay again!

This house was the perfect place to stay for my family! It was beautiful and functional. The access to the backyard was only from either the outside lawn or through bedrooms on the inside which was a little odd, but we made it work. The fire pit didn’t work and they were there very quickly to fix it and make it right. Very clean.

Beautiful home in a perfect location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The weather was nice so we barely even had to use the car.The house was perfect for 2 families. We had plenty of room. It was nice that the downstairs area had its own kitchen and living room area.We were traveling with small kids so we appreciated the toys and the plastic kid plates & cups.The house was very clean and well decorated. We had an issue getting the hot tub started. The property manager sent a maintenance person out right away and he was able to reset it within 30 mins. We also took advantage of the beach equipment rental. It was well worth it not to have to haul all that stuff from home.There were so many details that we appreciated. We would definitely rent here again.

Great stay

Very clean and a joy to stay in with access to the beach that is about two blocks away. We stayed from Tuesday to the next Tuesday because that was our schedule. Most places will have a set check in and checkout on the weekends so this was much more convenient for us.

Annual Friend-Cation

We have been coming to the island for the past 5 years for our annual vacation with a group of friends and we absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and welcoming. The area was perfect for a quick golf cart ride to the beach each day!

Very comfortable home with great location between Pier Village shops/restaurants and the beach. Nice sidewalks for bike rides. Easy, non-congested walk to beach area that was accessible all day. Management was responsive to any questions. Nice family oriented neighborhood.

Light House Cottage

The house is just as described. We love the location an convenience to the village an the beach. The property management kept in contact with us making sure we were having a great vacation.

Feeling Blessed!

St Simone’s Island is our HAPPY place and we enjoyed the beautiful house for our stay! Tried a few new restaurants on the island and went over to Driftwood beach and the Georgia Sea Turtle rescue on Jekyll Island. We can’t wait to go back to SSI

Excellent beach vacation house!

We loved our stay! Plenty of room for our family of seven to hang out together watching tv, eating, or playing games. Plenty of beds and bathrooms too. The hosts were attentive and made contacting them simple. The house is in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the beach, and down the street from quite a few great restaurants. It’s only a mile from the downtown area too, so we walked everywhere. We really enjoyed the covered porches during our rainy week, and the covered hot tub too! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Listing shows a standard table and chair dining room set, what was there was a table and benches, very uncomportable. Water pressure in primary bath was low

Door to downstairs room wouldn’t open!

It turns out we actually didn’t have have to code for downstairs room and had to call two different offices to get code. Couldn’t get in until after dinner . Took gear and bags upstairs, then haul downstairs. Not a good beginning!
