Hidden Valley is truly one of Pennsylvania's premier resorts and this unit offers you access to outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, 30 miles of hiking/biking trails, its own 18 hole golf course, fishing and of course great skiing with 25 slopes, tubing, and more!
With room to sleep 10 ( 6 adults and w/bunkroom w/ 2 Bunk Beds) our home is perfect for inviting your kids friends along, enjoying with extended family or perfect if you just want to spread out end enjoy the unit yourself. You will love the new kitchen, new hardwood floors, second floor deck off of the master bedroom, fireplace and newly installed mini-splits with heating and cooling. Take advantage of the fresh mountain air and enjoy using the charcoal grill on the deck. Of course to stay connected there is Wi-Fi and flat screen TVs.
The location is prime: only minutes to the slopes! The Ligonier Turnpike Exit is only a 15-minute drive. The area offers grocers, wine & spirits, and beer distributors.

Perfect place for our family getaway

Girl’s weekend

It was a great stay with forever friends! The coffee pot was filthy & counters/table were a little sticky. Easily cleaned & wiped up; however, it would have been nice to arrive without those things to manage. The home is dated, closets & cabinets do need some TLC but we enjoyed the short weekend at Snowfield!

Very good!

Very spacious nice accommodations for our family. Whether skiing in winter or golf in warmer weather a great location! Clean, casual and welcoming. Stephanie was quick to respond to a couple questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot!

Very comfortable and spacious accommodations- this was our 2nd stay in this home. We love the location, right on the golf course, and good proximity to the pool and playground, with easy access to the bike and walking trails. Significant improvement to the AC units since our last stay- we were comfortable before- but the addition of the mini split was awesome! Would definitely return a third time!

June 2022 getaway

Clean, plenty of parking, bedding was very nice, ceiling fans in each room except the bunk room and easy to access. Wish there was some a map, other than the one on the wall, with info on the walking trails throughout the development. Overall a nice place.

Family fun

We stayed here for a family ski vacation. My adult children, my husband and me, and my mom all fit comfortably. The furniture was comfortable, check is was easy, there were few requests of us at check out, the ski hill was a very short drive away, lots of games to enjoy, plenty of towels. We’ll be back!

Hosting out of town friends

We had a fabulous time at the condo. Access to the gold course and community pools was perfect for our group of teens. The house was furnished with everything we needed to be comfortable. Our only issue was the ac in the downstairs master bedroom was missing a vent tube and unusable for the stay. We would come again , and with just a few things repainted the place would be perfect

Perfect location

The condo is situated within walking distance of both pools. It was lovely although a bit dated. Lots of towels & linens & comfortable beds. Perfect amount of space for our family. Newer appliances made it convenient to cook & do wash. Kitchen had no teaspoons so had to go buy plastic spoons for kids to eat cereal. Blinds on slider in poor shape & could not be fully drawn for privacy & couldn’t sit on deck as pictured as overloaded with fireplace wood. But over all, a nice place to spend a summer weekend.

Mountain Life review July 2024

The property is next to a golf course so guests need to beware of flying golf balls landing at the front of the property-2 of which occurred during our stay. The home is nice but needs better cleaning than it is presently getting. Also better maintenance is needed. Our stay was in July so the air conditioners were needed and running. But also running was the baseboard heater in the kitchen which couldn't be turned off due to the heater control in the kitchen being defective (dead).

Family Getaway

The property was used for a family ski . Our overall experience was good. However, the property is not equipped for elderly person requiring a walker. The bathroom door is too narrow. Additionally, minor repairs are needed; water pressure for kitchen sink was extremely slow and master bedroom tube drain is clogged. I recommend proving a shovel during winter months.

Quaint and quiet

The location is beautiful and there is plenty of space to relax. We were in the area for a wedding so we did not get to enjoy everything that the property and surrounding area had to offer. As for the home, we were disappointed in the kitchen and lack of cooking pans/utensils. If you were planning to cook a lot of meals there, it would be very difficult. I wasn’t able to prep any food for the wedding festivities at this home due to not having the right kitchen pots, pans, dishes, etc. also, the master bedrooms bathroom tub drain was super slow and we took showers in standing water. This was a complete shock to us. The decor was dated, but it was still lovely and very homey feeling. I would choose a different property if we were going back to the area.

Nice House

The house was nice. Communication with the owner was not good at all. I waited over a week for simple basic questions to be answered (before the stay).Then while we were staying there, the fire alarm was chirping. We removed the batteries and it still chirped. We called and emailed, no response. We finally ended up disconnecting the hard wire because really, who wants to listen to chirping? Then, the kitchen sink was backed up. I called and emailed several times. No response. The next day a plumber just showed up. We were very thankful for the plumber but it would have been nice to know he was coming. He took care of the kitchen sink and replaced the battery for the smoke alarm and we were able to hard wire it back up. The plumber was great. We never received a response from the countless phone calls and emails we placed/sent regarding the issues we were having.Also, the water pressure from the kitchen sink is terrible. The plumber himself said it was a disgrace.

No AC! Property manager unresponsive

We checked in for our trip with four kids in late July and there was NO AC! The description states it has AC so I called the property manager the day of our check in and left a message; she never returned my call. The house was not that clean (we found a bra and a dirty tissue under beds). There was also food left in the fridge and freezer. the appliances are extremely dated and the decor looks much better in the pictures than it does in person. There is also no grill which is surprising and much needed over the summer. I asked the property manager a couple of questions prior to checking in (like should we bring outdoor chairs and are pool floats allowed in the pool) and she never answered these questions. I am also surprised that the property manager never checked in with us during our stay, but I guess I shouldn’t be since she never returnsed my voice message anyway. The location is good- fairly close to two pools and on the golf course. We will go to Hidden Valley again but would not stay in this house.

Very convenient

Has a pleasant stay with 2 families Of four. Enjoyed the peace and quiet, and the pool is close by. Great location - we went to OhioPyle for rafting, nearby laurel state park for hiking, and the flight 91 memorial, as well as Fallingwater. Restaurants and groceries all about 15 min away. No issues with the AC. Home is a little dated but great for our needs. Communication was clear and booking easy Thanks for a being a great host.

We had just a great time , very close to the golf course in which we played.

Very good communications and everything was just ask I expected and better. We would definitely consider renting again. We had a wonderful time and what a great time of the year for weather.
