Three bedroom contemporary ranch has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Features include huge great room with 12 foot slider to screened porch , 3 couch’s one leather futon, eat in kitchen with island all vaulted, large master suite with vaulted ceilings,2 full bath, master with tub and shower, outstanding outside shower with dressing area and custom sink, boardwalk to shower with area to wash off and store beach items,open living area with vaulted ceilings, large screened in porch, patio in front with sand box for kids, king in master, second bedroom with queen, third with 2 full beds and single, living room with full futon, kitchen fully equipped, four TV, 2 with Netflix, garage is now toy and game room, outdoor charcoal and gas grill, several bicycles, sand toys, beach chairs, and you can walk or bike to beach. ( or use app for parking pass). Very very clean and plenty of parking. My reviews are outstanding. Available if needed.

Cozy, roomy beautiful place to stay! Great quiet location

This was my first time renting this way and was very impressed with the property and owners. They definitely take care of the place and want you to enjoy your stay

This was our third stay at Holly’s house. It’s a happy place for us - our three generations on vacation in a house that is perfectly set up for us. The house is always spotless and the kitchen has always been well-stocked. Tucked into a neighborhood, it’s a comfy place for all of us at the end of a busy day. Holly, you’re a great host, and you always look out for us! Thanks!

We had the best time staying at Holly’s property! The house was exactly as advertised and it had everything you could possibly need! Perfect for families, especially with kids- lots of space and places to “hang out”. You can’t beat the location either! Walking distance to the beach and to downtown Bethany.

Beautiful, clean house in a great location

We stayed for a week for a family vacation, and this rental was a great experience. The owner was communicative and friendly, the house was clean and modern, and the location was ideal. We had some doubts when we looked at the map whether the beach would really be walkable, but it was a really easy walk even with kids and beach gear in tow. Great house, and highly recommended!

Great for kids

Stayed here with my 3 young kids and my parents. Great quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. The giant sandbox out front was perfect for young kids. Lots of bikes and toys for young kids to play with. The kids loved the bunk bed room so they could all sleep together. Would definitely stay here again.

4th of July House

Overall it was a very great experience. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. The owner was nice and can answer any questions. Distance from beach and bars was not far at all, very convenient. Place was clean and prepared very nicely. 10/10

Awesome Place!!

Our Family spent a week at Holly's house. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and at a walking distance from the beach. The house was super clean, the bathrooms are brand new and beautiful. There is everything you need at the house: beach chairs, bicycles, kids toys, pink pong and more. The screen in porch was our favorite place to hang out. Holly was very responsive and helpful. We had an excellent vacation! Thank you

Our second stay - and we'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at Holly's house as much this year as we did last. The house is clean and so well-stocked in the kitchen. Better stocked than any other place we've rented. There's a second fridge in the garage, great for beverages, etc. The layout suits our family perfectly - we grandparents on one side of the house and the kids and their parents on the other. There's enough seating for the 6 of us, which can be a rarity in rentals. Very comfortable sofas and a recliner in the large living room. The kids loved the ping-pong table and they both took out the bicycles frequently. Fantastic sunporch to take in the sea breeze. This house is a winner!

Perfect for families with small kids!!!

This property is PERFECT if you have small kids . It is located in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street , so you don’t have to worry if you have small kids who like to wander!! It has a nice lawn for the kids to play, sand area , kiddie pool, bikes etc . Inside there is a whole closet with games and toys !!! My kids LOVED it!! We also have a one year old and it was perfect for him … no stairs and nothing dangerous to get into! We could sit back and relax and not worry about the kids getting into things they shouldn’t ! The owners are great and answered quickly Any questions I had . They also have sand toys , wagon , boogie boards , beach chairs , umbrellas etc . This place is close to everything but def wouldn’t walk to the beach ( that’s just me ). Easier with kids to drive .

Great Family House!

We loved this house. Enough seating in the living room for the 6 of us, we - the grandparents slept on one end of the house, the littles and their parents on the other. Perfect! The kitchen was better stocked than any others we've stayed in. The house was very clean. And that screened porch - just wonderful. The only thing that didn't cooperate was the weather. The toy closet helped a great deal with that, as did the ping pong table in the garage. Truth be told, it didn't hurt to have 4 TVs, either. I'm not a beach person so drove everyone else when the weather did allow for beach visits. Yes, they could have walked, but time was of the essence, and it was easy - not being concerned with parking. Holly was lovely with all of my questions before we arrived as well as those that came up during the stay. Thanks!

Ideal relaxation spot.

I stayed over with my family over the week of 4th of July and half of the group stayed home and watched the fireworks at the house and the rest walked two blocks over to watch them by the water. Walk to Dewey beach was 15 minutes even with kids and wagon. Drive to Bethany beach and rehoboth was short as well. The house was super spacious and really accommodating for everyone. The owners were great to talk to and keep the house really clean. They provided us with information for the town and good spots to go to. I live in a city so it was nice to visit Delaware at a spot with friendly people and quietness to slow down and relax with the family. During early July the waves were rough but there is access to pools and water parks nearby if necessary. I greatly enjoyed my stay and hope to return some other time. Thank you to the owners for providing a great place to stay!

Perfect for a family vacation

The house is located at a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance to beach, minutes to the boardwalk. It has open design, a nice enclosed porch, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The owners are so considerate to provide grills and beach supply. It is spotless clean. We have enjoyed it so much for our family vacation and will definitely come back.

Excellent location for a family with kids of all ages.

This house was clean with a home-like feel. It was close to dining, beaches and shopping ,ncluding the outlets. Only downside if you have a guest sleeping on the living room futon it’s very bright at night because the neighbors have lights on in the rear and in the morning with the sun of course. Adding some blinds would solve this easily. Overall I’m happy we stayed at this location and would chose it again. Thanks for having us!

We are considering a creative curtain of some sort but hate to cover up the 12 ft sliding glass door. We put futon in master And added leather one as a bonus but didn’t really want sleepers in living room.,We will come up with something. It was a pleasure to have you.
