Great communications with the host. Host worked hard to make our stay great. Pet friendly yard which was great. Highly recommend this property and Host. Easy access to beach.

Second year vacationing at the look out. Accommodated 3 generations with ample space and comfort. Perfect spot for bringing pets. Minutes to the beach and spectacular views. New decking and Lookout Rooftop Perch iis magicalFor sunrises and sunsets. Current owners are super hosts. Place is up for sale just hoping we can still rent next year and new hosts will be as good!!!

Great house,clean,love the second floor views pet friendly,took our two LabradorsThe beach was great for walking the dogs any time of day.Lots of little crabs darting around the sand made for fun chases for the dogs, they didn’t catch any Considering it was July there were very few people on the beachRon was easy to contact and very responsive We highly recommend this property

Great house location on a private beach. with amazing views from 4 different balconies facing the Wildlife Refuge and the bay. Ron was a great communicator. Our dogs had a backyard and the family had tons of space!! Will be returning!!

Great Stay in Prime Hook Beach

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, comfortable, spacious house. Amazing outdoor spaces and decks on all levels. The bird watching and sunrises/sunsets were spectacular.

I really enjoyed my stay. The area was quiet and beautiful and I would stay again.I did not partake in the winery experience but it was listed.

Perfect for family

Four adults and three kids had plenty of space to be together or not. The kids loved all the places to sit and sleep. Great access to beaches. We will be back!

Wonderful!

This was our second stay at this home and it was just as wonderful as the first. Lots to offer at the home, the beach, and local sites. Our dogs have a secured back yard which is a plus! Check in was easy and the owners are easy to communicate with.

Relaxing Spot

My family and dog had a wonderful stay and relaxing time! Spacious/ comfortable house just as described with beautiful views, and convenient location to the beach and local towns! Definitely will be making a return stay 😊

Peaceful and Beautiful

Great place with lots of great views. Fenced yard for dogs was awesome. The house is clean, big and comfy. Anne and Anthony are great hosts.

Stayed with friends and three dogs. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. This house has views of both the bay and wildlife preserve. The sunrise and sunset over the preserve are especially stunning. Plenty of space for us to gather yet spread out. The dogs loved swimming in the bay. Highly recommend.

This place is great!

We loved staying at this house. The view of the wildlife refuge is amazing. We were right across the road from a beach that had tons of horseshoe crabs spawning (you’ll only see that in May and June), a fenced in backyard for dogs and three floors with rooms.The owner is very attentive and answers emails fast.

It was a great vacation!

It was great going on a vacation with our mini labradoodles! The fenced in yard made this trip enjoyable. Prime Hook beach gave our pups room to run. Plenty of room on the second floor to hang out. The decks and chairs were very comfortable.Would love to stay again!
