Also, the world-famous route for motorcyclist and car enthusiasts alike known as the Tail of the dragon and deals gap are only minutes away with world class riding and driving experiences. Only 4 miles to Townsend where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, river access, churches, horseback riding and river tubing, along with motorcycle and street legal UTV rentals. There are always activities at the visitor center like hot air balloons, club meets, lumberjack competitions or music festivals. There are so many wonderful things to explore, come stay with us and experience the very best the peaceful side of the Smokies has to offer. Embodying the essence of privacy, peace and quiet with an incredible view and convenience this property is unlike any other. Fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The bed was comfy, the location perfect. We've stayed many places and this is definitely the most welcoming. There's nice seating with extra blankets.

Cozy Cabin in the Smokies

The property is well maintained and is very peaceful. The cabin is sticked and there is plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed being outside on the porch and the weather was great. The owner communicated well, and we had no issues. We will be back soon!

Beautiful location near Cades Cove

This was a great cabin in the heart of the Smokey's near Cades Cove. Very quiet and serene area. We would love to come back again!

Absolutely wonderful location, scenery, completely as advertised. Comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the front porch with the swing, watching the squirrels, chipmunks, birds and our little lizard friend. It had everything we needed for a memorable girls weekend. Just male sure if your people use alot of ice to purchase a bag of ice to put in the freezer. We did fine with the ice trays so it was not an issue for us! Wifi service was great but cellular service is spotty in the entire area of Townsend. If youre looking for a quiet place to disconnect and enjoy nature and scenery, this is your place.

Beautiful property

This was a fantastic property - very well kept and clean. Easy drive to Townsend, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Sitting outdoors was so relaxing and calming. An absolutely charming stay.

Amazing quiet

If you don't want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg this is the place for you. Perfect for a laid back vacation for a couple or small family.

Great location for my family. We live Cades Cove and is very convenient to it.

The property is clean & in a great location on the quiet side of the smokies. Lots of space for my family of 4. My 17 year old son LOVED the movie room.

Dream vacation

Located on a nice quiet part of the mountain, this property took me back to the days of my youth at my grandpas cabin. Loved how clean it was and it had everything you needed. I will try and stay here again!

Honey Bear Cabin / Cades Cove Adjacent

If you enjoy visiting Cades Cove and hiking in the mountains, then this cabin is for you. This cabin is in the valley just north of Cades Cove and is very similar in look and feel. The cabin is secluded, clean and well appointed. Everything works. Very comfortable. Convenient to Townsend town center. Large stores are 30 minutes away in Maryville. We will book again. Thank you for a great stay.

The Quiet Side...

Take the mile+ hike up the road to the School House Gap Trail. Hikers and horses welcome beyond the fence. Nice, quiet location but close enough to the activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Get to the Tuckaleechee Caverns just down the road when they first open to enjoy the least crowded tour.

Great mountain home

Everything was as described. Beautiful property, nicely landscaped. The location was great also. Very private. We chose this house due to the close proximity of Cades Cove, one of our favorite places. We didn’t do much cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped. I highly recommend this house.

Perfect as usual!

This is our 4th time staying at this cabin and it was perfect as usual! It’s so clean and set up so well. The property is breathtaking and my boys enjoying playing outside so much. We can’t wait to come back. Sheryl is so kind and helpful!
