Our “Mountain Memories“ cabin is a NEW 2026 intimate ADULT ONLY 1 BR/ 1 Bath couples retreat with beautiful mountain views of Townsend and private access to the Little River. From the moment you step inside, you will know that our cabin is not just a place to stay, but a place to reconnect, recharge, and make lasting Mountain Memories while in the Smokies.

This cabin is family-owned and operated as part of Cabins on Little River, LLC. As lifelong residents of Townsend, we take great pride in providing friendly, personal service to make sure every detail of your stay is just right.

The cabin was immaculate - super comfortable and great location. Working with the host was a breeze. Best stay at a vacation rental we’ve had. Cabin is central to all the places you’d want to go in the Smokies.

This is a nice cabin in Townsend. everything was clean and well maintained, the owner even came to us making sure everything was good and if we needed anything.

The cabin is amazing. Just perfect for couples. The views are impressive. Perfect porch with hot tub. The shower is also fabulous. Close to all the things but just far enough to be peaceful and quiet. Just great. Will definitely stay here again.

The cabin is new with top notch products and beautiful craftsmanship. The kitchen is stocked with lovely dishes and supplies. There were lots of towels. The hot tub was quite nice at the end of each day. The stars are magnificent! Peaceful, serene and tidy…would reserve from this owner again. 10/10

This is such a fabulous hidden gem. Exactly as listing shows-no bad surprises. The cabin is very clean, everything is modern and perfectly decorated to provide a wonderful environment to relax and enjoy your getaway. The host communication was the perfect balance of attentive but not intrusive. We can’t wait to return!

Unit was very clean and well kept. Very satisfied overall. Shower was amazing! Hot tub was in economy mode and would not heat up. I had to do some online research to figure it out. Unit could use an iron and ironing board.

We had an incredible weekend at the beautiful "Mountain Memories" cabin. The mountain and river views through the floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass door are absolutely stunning and soaking in the jacuzzi while taking in the scenery was unforgettable. The cabin is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for a quiet weekend to decompress and reconnect.The location is perfect — close to great restaurants but still private and peaceful. Communication with the owner was seamless and easy, even though we didn’t need a single thing during our stay. This has quickly become our go-to spot for a weekend away. Could not recommend any higher!

This cabin was exactly as advertised. It was clean, well stocked and extremely peaceful. Only downsides we noticed were the lack of silverware, only 1 fork and no spoons that we could f8nd, and the parking. There was plenty of room for parking but the getting in/out could be tricky for something bigger than our car. Would that stop us from renting again? Absolutely not. We love the Townsend area for the peacefulness. We can experience Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge during the day and come home to quiet in the evening. Best of both worlds!

Everything was very clean and a great space for two people! The space was very comfortable. The only little issue we had was the wifi going out and we weren’t able to get ahold of the host till later in the day but he was 100% willing to come out and try to fix it. We would recommend and could see ourselves coming back. :)

Me and my significant other stayed there for a week, we enjoyed every second of the stay expect we recommend more necessities like hand soap and trash bags if you’re staying a week but other than that Townsend is a very quiet place to stay and host was very great to go through and we would stay again.

The cabin was fabulous-very clean with beautiful river views. It is very private and peaceful, but close to restaurants and areas to walk. It is supplied with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful week. There were lots of towels, dishes, etc. It was exactly as advertised. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
