Welcome to our top-floor townhouse located in a gated community minutes from all of what Townsend has to offer. This townhouse is extremely comfortable, modern, and sleek. It is excellent for a family of 4 or for 2 couples traveling to Tennessee. Our townhouse is located close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This is a beautiful residence and is fully stocked with all you will need to enjoy our trip to the Smokies!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Very clean and nice community! It’s in a great location for going to the National Park, Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We love going to Cades Cove and it was only about 30 minutes drive there. Also Townscend as a great hometown vibe that made it feel like a home away from home. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back to stay.

This was a beautiful property, with nice modern decorations, it was spacious, clean and welcoming. The communication was excellent including the information for accessing the property. We liked the quiet location, Townsend is a lovely area. The balcony was a great place for sitting in the evening after our walks. It had everything we needed for a fantastic stay!

Excellent, safe location. Property was clean, comfortable and well equipped with quality items such as paper products and such. Towels and linens were fresh and clean making the condo feel like home. Would definitely come back!!

Great place to stay in the smokies

Nice upper condo. Well maintained, clean and perfectly decorated for area. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Summer visit

We stayed during the Fourth of July and had a fantastic visit. Each day at the pool a momma hear and her cubs came out for a visit. Very nice quiet area only a few minute drive to the Smokies.

We never got instructions or info for check-in until almost 9:00PM and check-in was at 4:00PM (although they did get it cleared up and I’m sure it was an accident). I also never received any instructions for checkout. So we just tried to clean up to the best of our abilities and hope we didn’t forget anything. The rail on the balcony kept falling off every time we touched it, but it would pop back on pretty easily. The towels in the smaller bathroom were new and had never been washed and it looked like the abominable snowman exploded in the bathroom while I was drying off. Fuzzies everywhere. But once they were washed and dried, it was ok. But all in all, it was a pretty great experience and I’m glad we have somewhere nice to stay being that we have family nearby. Would definitely recommend! Great price and really nice place.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay. Townsend was the perfect location to enjoy the Smoky Mountains. Quiet & Peaceful. We got some good hikes in. Also liked that we were able to walk to restaurants nearby. Condo was clean and comfortable. Thanks for sharing!

Hidden Gem in the Smokies

Very nice property. Townhouse is on the second floor with balcony. It's 30min for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which is nice so you dont have to deal with the traffic. Close to Cades cove and Tuckaleechee caverns. Town house is nice too because it is in a gated community with a large tract of land with limited units, so theres not a ton of people. Very peacful and quiet.

Cades Cove visit

This was our first time in the area. The condo was wonderful, well stocked, and clean. Would definitely stay there again. We had a slight issue getting into the unit. I reached out to the owner and she helped us. The only downside to the unit is the TV. There was no cable to watch live TV (World Series game to be exact). Be we survived. Overall it was great, but feel they should revisit the TV issue. We didn’t not go to sit and watch TV, But there is not much happening In Townsend and enjoy some TV late in the evening.

This property is located within the Cades Cove Reserve, a very convenient location, quiet, pleasant and host is responsive and home is spacious and clean. Love the cozy back porch and the environment. Will return soon as we plan to visit the area again.

This apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and a full kitchen. It's very clean and tastefully decorated. The host provides everything: shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bar soap, even beach towels! It's located in a very seclusive yet pleasant neighborhood, minutes away from the GSMNP. Centralized AC works very well as we arrived at a cool room. Shower pressure is great, which is important since we need to shower after each hiking in the NP. Townsend is much open and quieter than Gatlinburg, with somewhat limited dining options, but we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The highlight of our trip was bear encounters: we saw 7 bears in the Cades Cove loop one day and had a close encounter with a young bear as we were hiking to the Spruce Flat Fall!
