The entire home is for your exclusive use. Although, the pool and backyard area are shared with the other homes in the building.

Our home is located on Magazine Street in the Lower Garden District, one of the most historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.



Getting Around:

Our location could not be more convenient. You are just a short five minute walk from the vibrant shops, cafes, and dining spots along Magazine Street. This charming stretch of the Lower Garden District offers a mix of boutiques, vintage finds, art galleries, and local restaurants, all within easy reach. Whether you want to explore on foot or take a short ride, some of the city’s most iconic areas are only a few minutes away.

Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
