Located on beautiful Lake Gaston in Virginia, with over 350 miles of shorelines. Lake Gaston Lodges in Pea Hill creek offers completely furnished cabin. Amenities include air conditioning and heat, fully equipped kitchen, one bath with shower.

Charcoal grill and picnic table located just outside the cabin. Natural woodland setting with winding paths and trails to the waterfront where you will find available boat dock and boat house with lift and electric. County maintained boat ramp is two minutes away. We offer secure parking for your boat and trailer.

Enjoy swimming at the sandy beach with picnic area. Great location for multi-family vacations, family reunions, church groups, clubs and other social gatherings. Enjoy the lake and all the activities that it offers at affordable prices.

Once you stay for a week, a month, or a long weekend you will want to return again and again. Stocked catch & release fishing pond near cabin!

Lake Gaston

Very quant cottage, well kept. No Tv but really wasn't in much. Very close to lake. Had a great time!

Great Getaway

We had a great weekend! Having no WiFi or TV was a nice break from reality. The cabin is exactly like the pictures! Fishing was relaxing. Not much around, so bring plenty of games! We did eat at Lake Gaston Pizza which was delicious!

Quaint. Quiet. Relaxing

No signal for emergencies…at all (with T-Mobile). No WiFi. No tv. Secluded. Quiet. Relaxing. If you wanna get away from the busy life and social media and all, while relaxing on the lake. This is a nice spot. Once we figured out the location of the lake, it was a 5 -8 minute hike down a path to a swimming area with picnics tables, canoe/kayak/life vests… enjoyed a private day of floating on the lake with family and our own speaker/music. The only downsides: …having to pack up our own linens …No oven Other than that, it was a great time. Recommend bringing a cooler full of ice for your drinks. Will def visit again with a boat and rent one of their marina slips. :)

Real getaway, lots of sheep and the owners and there dogs were nice.

Quaint cabins with a little beach

The cabins are nice and were roomier than I expected. The grounds were well maintained with firepits, horseshoe pits, tetherball and a nice beach area to swim, kayak and canoe. We went out in the canoes that are available and that section of the lake was beautiful. Our only issue was the cabin was not as clean as I would've liked. They definitely weren't cleaned as thoroughly while we're in a pandemic.

Property needs updating

We stayed at this property a few times in the past decade. It was disappointing to stay in one of the older units and see how unkempt the property is. The cabin is dingy and so dark with very little in the way of amenities. All the VRBO add on fees was also surprising and greatly increased the nightly rate. This is likely our last visit to this property.

Great time

We really enjoyed our mini vacation it was the perfect space to get away from being stuck at home due to Covid. Relaxing and mind clearing. The winery close by was a nice bonus too.

Convenient to beach and secluded area. Clean and met our needs. Owner checked on us first day and was very much appreciated.

Weekend getaway

We really enjoyed the campground. Everyone was super friendly. Fishing is walking distance from cabin. Nice little beach area for the kids to swim in. Cabin was clean and had essentials.

Short walk to beautiful lake setting

Very basic, rustic, camp like experience. Quiet. Great birding. Short (5 min) walk to beautiful lake setting. Owners very personable. Great to make use of their kayaks!
