Very nice! Clean quiet and the owner made check in and check out process easy! They also left little notes throughout the house for doors, lights appliances and the television which were incredibly helpful! I would absolutely recommend this property for a relaxing quiet getaway.

Chris' house is truly a sunrise on the lake. It is perfectly located to watch the sunrise right from the deck. Great location near Washburns and to the main lake. Thanks so much Chris for the experiences provided on our last few trips here!

Very roomy house with excellent views . House was clean , well stocked kitchen , host was very responsive. Convenient to grocery shopping and marinas . Community had its own boat ramp. Plenty of room in yard for boat trailer . Plenty of outside chairs . Quiet neighborhood.

The home was clean and has a great location on the lake. The private boat launch also made it nice to put our jetski in and out. We enjoyed our stay eventhough it was cut short due to some extenuating circumstances with our family. Look forward to getting an opportunity to stay again in the future.

Favorite place on the lake!

This is my third stay at this property. It has the best location, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, and the house is very clean. Check in is super easy, too!

Chris was great to deal with. The house met all our needs. The water was great for swimming and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. The little beach with shallower water provided the younger kids 9,6 and almost 2 a great place to enjoy the water also.

The home location is great, close to shopping and an easy trip to Littleton for some rainy day activities. The kitchen has everything needed for meal prep. The host is responsive to any questions. We spent a lot of time at the dock taking in the beautiful views.

Best friends get away

My friend and I are beginning to steal away long weekends after decades of saying “one day” we’ll go there. This was a quiet, spacious home on the lake. We enjoyed the quiet and relaxing time we spent there. Fully equipped kitchen made it incredibly easy to stay in.

Weekend at the lake

The property has a great location. The home was just the right size for our family. Grandchildren enjoyed playing in the shallow waters of the property beach area and we all enjoyed the dock area.

Communication was fine, as well as getting into the house. Few problems with the upkeep/cleaning. Kitchen window was disgusting with spiders a dirt all over it. Grass was about 1.5ft tall in the front yard. Dock needs some serious work as there are some boards that are ready to be replaced asap. Roof over boat lift is completely gone and has a tarp over it. For the money it isn’t bad, but it needs some attention. Cleaning and mowing should be the bare minimum for the owner given each renter is paying a cleaning fee. Had a great time otherwise. Would like to see more care with the property.

Sweet Spot

The view is the best, even in the rain it was still worth it. The kids loved the dock and fishing. The home was perfect for what we needed.

Family of five with three young kids. The little beach area was great. Fun for play in the sand and easy to launch a kayak or paddleboard. We caught a ton of fish off the dock, nothing too large. We did see some larger fish early AM pass through. The view is spectacular! We'd love to stay again.
