In addition to being close enough to walk barefoot to the beach (just two blocks), it is only a 3 block walk to Cape May's Washington Street pedestrian mall and some of the best restaurants at the New Jersey Shore. Walk 2 blocks west, and you are in the heart of West Cape May with its selection of antique stores, cafes and other quaint shops.

A lovely feature is the outdoor living space. Lean back and enjoy the evening sea breeze on the new wrap-around porch, it is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Sit in the rocker chairs and watch the horse drawn carriages pass by. Also on the front porch is a 4-seat outdoor dining area with ceiling fan/light. There is also a new enclosed side porch with comfortable wicker furniture and lovely greenery -- ideal for reading and relaxing. This enclosed porch is shared with the upstairs condo. The garden is nicely landscaped with a seating area, fully enclosed outdoor shower, and gas BBQ grill.

Windsor Avenue is a quiet, tree-lined street and not one of the town’s major thoroughfares, so getting to and from the beach and other nearby locations is a breeze. We provide a guaranteed off-street parking space (in a driveway shared with the upstairs unit). Additionally, there is plentiful metered and unmetered parking on Windsor Avenue and nearby.
