Completely renovated three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo with deck overlooking the condominium shared pool. Park your car in one of the two parking spaces and walk to the beach, harbor Washington Street mall and many fabulous Cape May restaurants. Beach box provided in season on the Jefferson Street beach to store your beach gear during your stay. Four seasonal beach tags also provided.

PRIME SEASON - June through August (weekly rentals only - Saturday to Saturday.)

The property was clean and all beds very comfortable. Location was great for walking to Washington St shops & restaurants. We also were glad to have the off street parking.

Close to town, close to the beach, extremely clean and well equipped. Baby proof, toys for every age. Too many instructions to follow. I wished towels and sheets were provided. Excellent experience overall.

Perfect for small group

This property was perfect for our weekend trip to Cape May. It was walkable to everything we wanted to do, comfortable and well equipped.

Great week in Cape May!

This unit was perfect, close to everything, beach tags provided, and the locker on the beach was an added bonus! We had a great trip. My only issue is that linens/towels are not provided, which seems to be Cape May specific, but an inconvenience for us as we were flying and could not bring our own.

Cape May get away

The condo was more than what we expected based on the listing. Comfortable lay out, very clean and stocked with what we needed. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony overlooking the pool. Very kid friendly and the beds where very comfortable.

You need to stay here

This is one of the best places I've stayed. It was very well appointed and spotless. Tom and Carol got back to us immediately if we had any questions. The stairs were a little problematic with one of our group but I'd stay there any time.

Great place

We had a great stay and wonderful trip. Place is well kept and beautifully decorated. There are a lot of steps so we struggled with our father in law but all in all a great time.

Weekend getaway

We had an exceptional time. The living space was clean and very quiet. The beach and downtown areas are all an easy walk thorough beautiful neighbors with lots of character and charm.

Perfect for a quiet getaway

We visited Cape May in what is essentially off-season(mid-September). Columbia Gardens was not crowded. In fact, we were only one unit of about three or four that were occupied. Our only complaint is the steep and numerous stairs that were required for walking to the first level and to the second bedroom level. Otherwise, the unit is comfortable and adequate for a stay in this lovely city.

Amazing stay and beautiful clean home!

If you are staying at Cape May this is where you want to be! Only minuets from the beach. I was simply amazing on how nice this condo was. We loved our stay here highly recommended.

This property was perfect for our needs with 3 bedrooms, 2+ baths and pool. The grounds and gardens surrounding the buildings are beautiful. We enjoy walking, so we were able to walk to most everything we enjoy doing.

Lovely Location, Lots of Space & A pool!

My family just stayed here for a week beach vacation. We loved the location -- its about a 0.5 mile - 1.0 mile walk to stores / restaurants / beach, so its super convenient! The condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. You can tell the owners have outfitted the condo with care -- they have a ton of books, toys, games, child and infant needs (ie: mini crib, outlet covers, baby gates, baby seats!). This was so helpful for us since were traveling with a toddler. We loved having the pool right out front and a secure parking lot. We did run into a technical issue with the key code for the unit, however, the owners were very responsive and got it fixed ASAP. We will definitely be returning next year!

Just perfect

My family (with two young kids) really enjoyed staying at this property. It had absolutely everything we needed, including a baby gate for the steps, which was clutch because my 20 month old loves steps. The pool was perfect, the house was very clean and stocked, and the owners couldn't have been more responsive and accommodating. I hope to be back!

Great getaway in Cape May

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the overall appearance of the place, very well appointed. Bedrooms were very comfortable. One of the best aspects is the location, easy walk to Washington Street with shops and restaurants, easy walk to the beach. Also very quiet. Definitely recommend highly.

We like to bike and dine out and found we can enjoy all of these things, as well as the beach and fishing at Cape May. We love the quaint town and the friendly atmosphere. We spent our family vacation in Cape May for two years and immediately fell in love with the area. This beach town is very family oriented with plenty to do for all ages. The rural neighborhood allows for peaceful rest and relaxation if that is what you choose. In 2015, we purchased a home located at 1051 Illinois Avenue and loved sharing it with our kids and their family. As our family grew, we searched for another property close by so we all have more room to enjoy all Cape May has to offer. We all love being within walking distance to the beach, harbor and town without having to deal with parking issues, road noise and crowds.

Park your car, and walk to the beach, town, the Promenade, many fabulous restaurants and all that Cape May has to offer. There is plenty of room for everyone, but is still affordable for your Cape May visit.
