Charming Family Friendly Condo Steps to the Beach!
You're just a half block from the Atlantic Ocean in this 2 bedroom rental. In fact, you can see a glimpse of the beachfront from the front porch.
While the porch with its wicker chairs is very inviting, so is the rest of the first floor condo, with its family friendly, comfortable furnishings. Easy to imagine cooking up a simple seafood dinner or enjoying take out in the evening. Many restaurants are also close by.
The building is on a quiet street on Cape May's east side, but just a short walk from Convention Hall. After dinner, take the kids for a stroll along the promenade or relax on the front porch and listen to the waves. Sleeps 6. You will have the bottom right side. The building contains 4 condo units. 2 on the 1st floor and 2 on the 2nd floor.

We had a wonderful visit of walking nearly everywhere. Sitting on the porch was wonderful.

Amazingly convenient access to the beach and restaurants/shops! Condo was clean and updated. We especially enjoyed sitting on the covered front porch. We visited off-peak but street parking was very easy! Would happily stay at this location again.

Beautiful place, clean, great location, had everything we needed. Beds and couch are very comfortable. Huge TV and a fireplace were nice to have.

Three years running this place never disappoints. All the amenities and comforts you want on a beach trip and location is unbeatable. I wish the master bed had a little more support and that towels were included but these are very minor in the face of how amazing this place is. Head to toe a premier rental experience.

Unit is in a great location, with easy access to the beach and beach walk, as well as easy access to Downtown. Very quiet neighborhood in the off-season, which we enjoyed. And the unit is really well appointed for visitors and super clean.

Half a block from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants! Beautiful, cozy place, very clean and well stocked with various supplies. Melissa is so nice and very reachable. Fabulous stay. This was year #2 and we will be back for #3!

Wonderful spot. Close to everything but not on a main street. Very clean, well stocked (except for yucky toilet paper). Would stay there again!

This was our third year staying here for our girls beach week and we already booked next year since we love it. The location is perfect and the hostess is very eat to reach if any concerns. This year the Cleaning Company had actually not come in so we did arrive to a dirty unit however, I still gave it an excellent rating because it has always been spotless in the past and this was certainly not the fault of the hostess. I contacted her and she immediately contacted the Cleaning Company who offered to come and take care of it. However, the three of us had already started cleaning it ourselves, which we were fine doing, and Melissa immediately refunded us. The cleaning cost. Category.

It was absolutely wonderful. We did get to meet the Neighbor and we loved her dog. Bowie. will definitely stay here again. thank you so much for a lovely place.

We Love This Place!
Great place for four people or even 6. Outdoor shower, beach chairs an awesome porch, free nearby parking and proximity to the beach are the best features!

Perfect location, walking distance to everything; property is very clean, organized with great porch
A great location with terrific accomodations ... very comfortable and "homey" feeling. Highly recommend.

Awsome location
The place we stayed at was very clean and comfortable. The location was the best. It was very close to everything. We really enjoyed ourselves

Hope to be back one day!
Beautiful home and great location! Enjoyed being in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo has everything you need. The owner was great, too and made the reservation/check in process easy.

Cozy house
We very much enjoyed our stay in Cape May. It was a relaxing trip with beach time and entertainment. This house is a great location and very clean

Loved everything about this place!
My family (husband, 4 year old, 16 month old) all loved this place! The location was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of kitchenware, and a beautiful front porch. So cute and can’t wait to come back!
