This private and quiet, family friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is cozy and comfortable. Prepare to relax in this updated vacation home that boasts all the amenities you desire! All 5 mattresses are comfortable, memory foam. Quiet Scottsdale neighborhood close to Kierland, Waste Management Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, West World, Mayo Clinic and awesome shopping and dining. Private backyard with covered patio, grill, hot tub, outdoor games and optional heated pool (*fee, see below). This home is a wonderful place to get away from it all and create lasting memories with your family and friends. This home is intended for small groups and families to come and relax and enjoy time together. This house is not for parties, loud groups of people, or events.
***There is a fee of $50/night for the heater. The pool is heated to 84 degrees prior to arrival and ready to use. *** Not a diving pool, 5 feet is the deepest part. Pool safety fence required when young children are at the house, even if they are not staying at the house and just visiting for any period of time. Please notify us if you would like the pool heated during your stay. :)

***If you are traveling with young children and would like to use the single stroller, double jogging stroller, or pack n play-please notify us so we can leave them out for you. We keep those types of baby items stored away to minimize germs and keep them clean between groups. The pack n play has a double sided mattress, soft vs firm so you can use the appropriate side based on your little ones age. It also has a fitted sheet.
*The house has several amenities for babies and children available, additionally, we have little ones in our home and are happy to disinfect and share any baby/child necessities you may need during your stay to make it feel more like a home away from home!

Backyard Oasis

This was the perfect getaway. We spent all of our time in the backyard. House is very comfortable and clean and exactly as advertised. Hosts were very responsive to my random questions and we had a fantabulous stay.

Great Stay

We were in town for 5 nights for a family wedding. 3 adults. Property was very clean and very well stocked. We greatly appreciated Kcup coffee pods and new creamer along with starter snacks since we arrived on Christmas. Nicely renovated. Even found a steamer to freshen up our wedding outfits! Property owner immediately responded to questions and a maintenance issue. Would stay here again.

A Scottsdale Thanksgiving

My husband and I traveled to AZ to spend Thanksgiving with our two kids who now go to college in Arizona. The house was perfect for the 4 of us, plus a friend that joined us for Thanksgiving. Home had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Loved or srat!

Great House

We loved staying in this house! There was plenty of room for 3 adults and a dog. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I was very impressed with all the small details: water and snacks upon arrival; extra toiletries for those that may have been forgotten; loved using the white noise machine! Also, the master bed was very comfortable - got great sleep! The location was convenient to Kierland, Old Scottsdale, Groceries. We've stayed in many homes over the years and this is one of our favorites! Thanks!

Perfect Getaway!

The house was perfect- beautiful home, lots of space, every little detail of anything you could need they had. The outdoor area is where we spent almost all of our time, and it was perfect. The beautiful, spacious pool, the hot tub, lots of comfortable outdoor seating, outdoor tv, the list goes on. It was a perfect stay with the most responsive, helpful hosts!

Perfect VRBO for a family with young kids!

If I could give this 100 stars, I would! My family and I have stayed in many VRBOs and this has been the best, hands down. Everything about this property was wonderful. It's absolutely perfect for a family with kids; the house comes equipped with everything you might need like a highchair, pack n play, sound machines, toys, stroller, etc. The pool and outdoor space is awesome. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had and even left a special birthday treat knowing that we were celebrating a birthday during our stay. If we come back to Scottsdale, we will definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic Place

We couldn’t have been more please with this house! It is as advertised and clean. Updated and the backyard was perfect for our family, pool, hot tub and bags/cornhole. It is located in a great location in Scottsdale. We will stay here again! Definitely recommend this house.

5+ STARS! The most family friendly stay EVER!

This Scottsdale house was the PERFECT getaway for our family of 5 including a 5, 3 and 1 year old. Communication with the host was thorough and timely. When we walked in they had boughten us a new high chair to use along with some new bath toys which was SO incredibly kind of them since they knew we were coming with little kids. They had also set up the pack n play crib. The house, pool and backyard were incredibly clean!! The beds were so comfortable. The rain shower head in the primary bathroom has me wanting to upgrade our bathroom at home. They house had lots of toys available for kids, plates/cups/ spoons/forks, even step stools in the bathroom by the sink and baby wash in the bath. All the things to make traveling with kids stress free. They had the children's safety fence set up for us and the pool heated prior to arrival which was a must for us to stay somewhere and it worked great. The pool was fantastic, with a nice area where the water was more shallow which also had a nice umbrella and table for drinks. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We utilized their great strollers they had available and walked to get coffee and go to a nearby playground a few mornings. We loved that so much shopping and entertainment was only a few min away! We had one minor circuit breaker issue while there, the hosts responded within minutes and the problem was resolved within an hour. We just can't stay enough great things about this house and we'd love to come back :)

Property just as advertised, wonderful location and fully stocked-probably better than my own house! Courtney was super responsive to all my questions and even let us check in early! Wonderful visit to Scottsdale, will definitely come back!

Perfection in Scottsdale

Property is in excellent condition in an unbeatable area of North Scottsdale. Owners were fantastic to communicate with and made so many perfect little touches to enhance our stay at the property. Loved the pool and yard for relaxing which was in perfect condition. They seem to have thought if everything you'd possibly need in advance for a 5- star stay. Hope to definitely be back soon and book this property again.

Very Relaxing!!

This neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing! The house is very private from all neighbors! It was perfect my myself, mom and sister, we could relax by the pool with no worries! Their house is stocked with shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc. we also saw a lot of children toys, pack and play, sound machines, etc. so I would definitely stay here with my husband and 2 year old! Check in went flawless, and check out was even easier! We enjoyed the TV on the back patio & hot-tub in the evenings. Also- the beds were very comfortable & clean!

Scottsdale Girls Golf Trip 🏌️‍♀️⛳️🌞

This property was great! Four girls with three bedrooms. All had our own bed and shared the two bathrooms. We chose not to heat the pool and that was ok - after coming off of the golf course, what we needed was to cool down then hop in to the jacuzzi to relax the muscles. We cooked-in four of the five nights - BBQ was handy, as was the cornhole game while waiting for steaks to cook. Cute, comfy, great neighborhood for a walk-about. Close to where we were golfing on four different courses. Courtney recommended the Inspire Day Spa where we all got massages on our mid week day off. Awesome! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Courtney and Dustin for allowing us to check in early.

Great stay in Scottsdale

We visied Arizona and had the pleasure of staying in this home during our Spring Break trip. House was immaculate, well stocked and comfortable! The outside area was just perfect! Location was ideal and we took full advantage with many shopping trips, a visit to the zoo and took in a Diamondbacks game! Highly recommend and would stay here again for sure!

Family Vacation

Fantastic Property and Fantastic Hosts!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home for the long weekend we were there. Courtney was a perfect host and went above and beyond to make our entire visit to the area a memorable and exemplary experience! We will return next year for sure when our daughter qualifies for IEA Zones! 🙂

Dustin and Courtney both share a passion for vacationing and real estate! We bought this house in July 2018 with the intention of updating it and bringing to life a great vacation rental in the heart of Kierland. We love everything Scottsdale has to offer and hope to bring some of that joy to others who are visiting the area. Courtney is from Nebraska and taught kindergarten for 7 years. Currently, she is enjoying time at home with their toddler while waiting for baby #2 to arrive! Dustin is from California. He is a realtor and pool builder. We like to keep busy and had fun renovating this house together. We look forward to ensuring our guests have a wonderful experience while staying at our vacation home!
