This private and quiet, family friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is cozy and comfortable. Prepare to relax in this updated vacation home that boasts all the amenities you desire! All 5 mattresses are comfortable, memory foam. Quiet Scottsdale neighborhood close to Kierland, Waste Management Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, West World, Mayo Clinic and awesome shopping and dining. Private backyard with covered patio, grill, hot tub, outdoor games and optional heated pool (*fee, see below). This home is a wonderful place to get away from it all and create lasting memories with your family and friends. This home is intended for small groups and families to come and relax and enjoy time together. This house is not for parties, loud groups of people, or events.
***There is a fee of $50/night for the heater. The pool is heated to 84 degrees prior to arrival and ready to use. *** Not a diving pool, 5 feet is the deepest part. Pool safety fence required when young children are at the house, even if they are not staying at the house and just visiting for any period of time. Please notify us if you would like the pool heated during your stay. :)
***If you are traveling with young children and would like to use the single stroller, double jogging stroller, or pack n play-please notify us so we can leave them out for you. We keep those types of baby items stored away to minimize germs and keep them clean between groups. The pack n play has a double sided mattress, soft vs firm so you can use the appropriate side based on your little ones age. It also has a fitted sheet.
*The house has several amenities for babies and children available, additionally, we have little ones in our home and are happy to disinfect and share any baby/child necessities you may need during your stay to make it feel more like a home away from home!

Anfitrión: Dustin & Courtney
Dustin and Courtney both share a passion for vacationing and real estate! We bought this house in July 2018 with the intention of updating it and bringing to life a great vacation rental in the heart of Kierland. We love everything Scottsdale has to offer and hope to bring some of that joy to others who are visiting the area. Courtney is from Nebraska and taught kindergarten for 7 years. Currently, she is enjoying time at home with their toddler while waiting for baby #2 to arrive! Dustin is from California. He is a realtor and pool builder. We like to keep busy and had fun renovating this house together. We look forward to ensuring our guests have a wonderful experience while staying at our vacation home!
