Summary:
Experience the luxury of desert living at this four bedroom Scottsdale home with Large backyard and pool oasis. Home features two Master suites, Great for two couples and/or Families

The Space:
Our room features two suites with their own full private bathrooms. One with a king bed, the other with a queen. Two other guest rooms with queen beds, a queen pull out bed in the living room and a Full size blow up mattress. The property is completely private with perimeter wall and is not shared.

Guest Access:
The property is self check in and a Door Code is emailed to guest 24 hours prior to check in

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous home is within miles to: Casinos ,Golf Courses,Mountain hiking,Old town Scottsdale. Kierland and Scottsdale Quater shopping. shopping and dining at Deseret Ridge, shopping and dining at Fashion Square mall. Grocery Stores, Westworld

Perfect!

The house is well-appointed, clean, and in a great location. Lots of extras with the pool and putting green. Very comfortable stay and we would highly recommend.

Wonderful

We chose this house mostly for its proximity to Westwood as our husbands were attending the Barrett Jackson car show. The added fun was the proximity to Old Scottsdale which was a great place. Paul was very accommodating and helpful. He happened to be there when we arrived and because our flight was a little earlier than the regular check-in time and the cleaning people were finished, we were able to stay. Will definitely choose this property if we come back to Scottsdale

Great stay, responsive hosts

The house was a great fit for our group and we spent much of our time out on the patio and in the pool. The house was as advertised, including indoor and outdoor furniture in as good condition as the pictures (as of Dec 10, 2024). There was a hiccup upon arrival but it was quickly fixed and the hosts were generous in their actions. The indoor area was comfortable when it got too cool to be outside, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. We would stay again if we’re back in the area.

Home has all that you need!

Located in a nice neighborhood this home has a great floor plan. (having two private rooms with their own bathrooms is nice). The open living area to the kitchen and pool table area was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with both plate ware and appliances (had a regular coffer maker and a Keurig) Plus alot of spices to choose from. Backyard area had lots to offer with pool, hot tub, putting green and lots of different lounging areas. Highly recommend this home.

The house is outdated and dirty. I did not contact the owner as we did not want to be disturbed on our stay. The issues are many and most are not 1 hour or a one day fix. Very disappointed.

Great house for golf group

Four 60+ guys in town for golf vacation. House was great for our needs and central location for our travels. All four bedrooms were nice. Large family room area with pool table was perfect for us. Back yard is very nice with pool, hot tub, and an outdoor TV. Weather was cool for us (mid-November), so we didn’t use the backyard much. Did use the Hot Tub, which was nice. We did not use much of the kitchen, but it seemed to have everything you’d need. Paul, the host, checked in on us frequently to be sure we were all set. Excellent communication throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Family Wedding

We enjoyed this home. It was clean and very comfortable. The pool table in the living room, the back yard with the pool, hot tub and putting green not to mention the large dining table and water toys were great. Inside, everything was wonderful. While the house had many TVs including the one on the patio, we never turned it on. If you want to be in Scottsdale or close to Paridise Vally, this is a good place to stay. We will stay here again.

Wish I had more time!

The backyard is like a mini-resort and we did not have enough time to spend there since this was a work trip. Pool was very clean and kitchen had everything needed for the week. Master bedroom is huge and had a strong shower. Great house, convenient location.

Great location

Paul (the owner) was very responsive and cares about the people who are staying at his house. We had some issues with the mattresses and cleanliness and Paul responded quickly and efficiently. I gave this stay 5 stars, as he made it right. We still had the issue over the weekend, but Paul owned those issues and did what he could to make it better.

Beautiful North Scottsdale

Very clean property with plenty of space for multiple people. Great amenities - pool area very nice - palm trees are beautiful. Every small appliance available for use in kitchen. Easy to understand instructions on wi-fi and tv. Washing machine and dryer easy to use! Nice and quiet neighborhood. Private back yard. Not far off the 101! 30 minutes to the airport.

Phoenix family trip

The house was great for our family of 5. We each had our own bedrooms/private space when needed. The house was clean and well stocked with everything needed. The pool was large and outdoor area was great. The host were easily accessible and promptly responded when we reached out to them. Great location to amazing restaurants, shopping and other fun events. Will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Memorial week in Scottsdale

Our son lives in Scottsdale area and our family planned a Memorial Day weekend trip to Sedona and then came back to Scottsdale for the week. My wife and I worked from the property for the week. This property was perfect for us for working and then relaxing after work. Pool and hot tub were great amenities for us to enjoy after working. Neighborhood was great for us to take walks to get some exercise and close to restaurants and shopping. Next time we come to Scottsdale to visit our son this property will be the first one we will look to rent.

VERY Quiet location; fantastic pool!

My husband and I loved this home and the layout. Since I'm a light sleeper, we must sleep in different rooms and this home had 2 master suites with ensuite baths! Just PERFECT. Nice large kitchen, much larger than our Pennsylvania home. When there was an issue with the TV, Paul Chopra was over to check/fix it within a half hour. When the hot tub was not the correct pH balance (we bring our own test strips), he sent the pool man over AND refunded our $250 pre-paid charge to heat it daily for 10 days. The gorgeous sparking clean pool (which always had the pool-sweep on 24/7) and 8 large, beautiful palm trees in the yard were fabulous and none of the (very close) neighbors were able to peer over the solid wall, so we had great privacy. I need an umbrella's shade after getting out of the pool and there were 2 of them, along with the covered lanai. The leather couch and pads on the pool lounges need replacement, but that didn't detract from our happy experience here at the reasonable price. Loved the 3 TV's (2 extra-large screen). I took my daily walk in the AM before the May heat set in and felt totally safe. Thanks to Paul and his co-host Kaitlan for a great rental experience.

Basketball watch weekend

We enjoyed the home. Host was very responsive. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub (once pool heater was turned on). Kitchen had all the amenities needed. Good location.

No Better Way

This home was a perfect fit for us. Everything was as described. My wife spent as much time as she could by the pool. She and my daughter loved the sunning area. I spent more time inside by the tv. It was easy to use. The shopping was close by so we had everything we needed. This is a great house and for us there could be no better way to vacation in Scottsdale!

Phoenix Open 2024

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect (minus the weather). Convenient location to TPC Scottsdale and other restaurants and entertainment. Would recommend and book again.

Overall, I would say the property is very good, and very good for the price! There were just a few things that needed attention to in my opinion. New pans for making meals especially breakfast would be in order I think, the pans were pretty old and the bottoms were worn out and they just need to updated. Cosmetically I think some things could be touched up especially paint in certain areas, chipped tile, and the bathroom in the main master bedroom could be updated. The set up of the house is great. The pool area is great. The backyard is very very. I really did appreciate that there were certain things in the cupboard for guests to use like olive oil, nonstick spray, salt and pepper, etc., that is very helpful!

North Scottsdale House

The stay was great and all was as advertised we loved these property and would stay again. S constructive criticism the matters in the master bedroom is bad i think it’s broken when you lay down on it in the left side it caves in and slopes to the left making you feel like you’re going to roll off. Easily fixed since only one person was in the I slept on the right side. The only other thing that would have been nice is coffee filters were not provided and there was no basket to use instead and there were only like 4 K Cups for the Kurtis
