-Second bedroom 2 single beds + full bath.
-Downstairs suite includes queen bed + full bath with plenty of privacy.
-Downstairs suite includes queen sized pull out couch to sleep a total of 4 in downstairs suite.
-Living Room has a brand new queen sleeper sofa able to sleep 2 more.
-We also have a queen sized air mattress that allows a total of 12 people we are able to accomodate.
-Full-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
-Half bath

- Smart TV in living room with roku and wii. The room on first floor has TV with roku .

- Coffee maker Keurig and regular, coffee and tea is provided (and cream and sugar)
- We also provide a bowl of fresh fruit and bottle of wine upon arrival!

Fresh linens, towels are provided.
The garage includes an arrangement of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for your enjoyments.

For your convenience, we provide you with easy access to the house via our smart lock with a specific link given to each set of guests.
