Lovely and spacious detached home with garage less than a mile from the beach!
Why sacrifice comfort or livability just to be close to the beach? This vacation rental has both, and you and your family and friends will love it here. Whether you're enjoying a sunny coffee on the screened in porch or walking back after a long day on the beach you'll be creating memories and enjoying beach life at its best. Cook in the full kitchen, grill on the porch, or head out to any of the many great places to grab a bite on the island. Take the beach to the Tiki Bar and relax!
The stand alone home features ample parking spaces, a large garage, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious and comfortable living area and a full kitchen with everything you need to cook in comfort. The 2nd floor porch is screened in, and the third floor crows nest is a great place to enjoy the beach air. The surrounding area is very quiet and full of new and old homes with walkable streets and a long greenway close by that's perfect for bikes and scooters too!

We were very pleased with the house and accommodations and all was just as advertised. Nice fenced area for the dog and nice quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from the beach. Plenty of room and space with plenty of games to entertain. Several lightbulbs were not working but there was still plenty of lighting. One of the towel racks in a bathroom fell off but was easily repaired with a screwdriver I had and some others were loose but still functional. The flush handle in the master bathroom was very loose and the chain in the tank came off a couple of times but was able to put back on. Also, the fold down drawer below the sink in the kitchen was missing screws on one of the hinges so it was barely hanging on. I enjoy DIY items at home so none of these items ruined our stay, I only mention them so they could be corrected so the next visitor would be as pleased as we were. Would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood is full of newer and older homes alike and is very comfortable and quiet. It's the perfect place to go for long walks with or without your pets.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The surrounding area is full of larger duplex style homes with multiple units in the same building. While these are great homes (and many are quite striking visually), sharing a wall and worrying about noise in the conjoining unit can really be stresssfull. Our home gives you all the benefits of having the space with none of the headaches of sharing walls and common spaces with other people and families. Come and go as you please, and feel safe and secure while doing so. The backyard is fenced in, with a dog run and staircase off of the Master Suite. The outdoor shower lets you rinse the sand and salt off conveniently right next to the garage.
