Cape May stay

We really enjoyed staying in the property. It was very clean, had excellent quiet location, lots of amenities, and served us well. Having 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, and closets was very useful. Dana communicated everything clearly and check-in was so easy.I gave it 5 stars since we really enjoyed our stay. However, there are some little things that could be improved: water kettle had burnt plastic at the spout, the frying pans probably need replacing (scratched), the dining table a bit wobbly, and the front door had a crack (you could see through it). We would gladly stay there again.

Our stay!

The home was so nice and clean. The beds were vey comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again

Cozy Cottage by the Beach

We stayed over Columbus Day weekend as we were attending a wedding in town. The location of this charming 3 bedroom cottage is perfect as it's in the quiet Village Green area of town but it's a single home, not a duplex or quad. The yard is very big and although we didn't use the backyard, it would definitely be great to have that if you're staying during the busy summer months. The bedrooms are on the smaller side, but all have nice sized closets and comfortable beds. The kitchen was sleek and well stocked. The second bathroom is in a kind of awkward spot between the kitchen and laundry room, and involves a step down then a step up, but the shower is great! I imagine it gets pretty hot out there in the summer though but was comfortable enough for us during our fall vacation. Overall, the house is quite lovely and I would absolutely stay again.

Fall Family Getaway

This home was in a nice quiet neighborhood and minutes away from all activities. Enough of room for the family, large yard to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather.

Great house

The house was very clean & organized, one floor which was great. Conveniently located close to beach & downtown, although a car is necessary to get around. We would definitely rent this home again.

Great beach house

Here's a short Vrbo review for a beach house based on your specifications: We had a great stay at this beach house! The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor shower was a nice touch after a day at the beach, though we noticed it didn't have a drain. Pro tip: rent bikes to easily explore the area and get to nearby attractions. Overall, a good choice for a beach vacation.

Great house and great location

We had a great girls weekend in this house! It was close to everything! The house was clean upon arrival and everything was accurate according to the listing. We needed to communicate with Dana during our stay and she was prompt with her response. The only issue we had was that the beach tags weren’t left at the house when we got there. However, Dana had someone drop them off the next morning. So this issue was resolved quickly! Overall, this house is a great beach rental and the location is great.

Location

The property was in a great location. We enjoyed the yard space. House was very clean and well equipped. The beds or mattresses were very noisy but we had a great weekend even though we checked out early due to the weather.

Great Stay at Cape May!

This house was perfect for us! Great location. We rode our bikes to the beach and around town. Clean. Loved having a washer and dryer onsite. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

The property was the perfect place for a girls weekend. House was clean and met all of our needs. The owners provided clear instructions and also beach tags which was very kind. Dana was super communicative if we had any questions. Location is a short drive from many of the main attractions of Cape May. We did also walk to Washington Street, and that was only a 15 minute walk. We loved our stay, and would love to come back. Thank you so much!

Great getaway!

Mother daughter getaway was a big success! The cottage was in an excellent location, walking or short drive to all the fun. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. The space was very clean. It was perfect for the three of us.

Nice stay

The updated rooms of this property were very nice. The bedrooms could really use carpet cleaning/updating. The space was just right for my family of 4, and the high chair was appreciated. A note regarding the renters being required to clean before checking out would have been helpful. We always straighten up/leave the properties we rent clean. But this property required you to clean it or spend money to hire a cleaning service on checkout.

Clean cozy & comfortable

Loved this cute little house! Clean & cozy with a quiet neighborhood . Very satisfied with the overall property , which was also reasonably priced. 6 blocks to the beach ~ 7 blocks to Washington Mall. Highly recommend renting bikes for the week..so much fun! Thank you:)

Cozy and comfortable home.

The home was nicely appointed with a very open floor plan in the kitchen, dining and living area. The bedrooms are small but perfect for the shore. The location is ideal, quiet but walkable to beach and town. The only drawback was the step grade change to laundry, second bath and yard access. It makes it challenging for elderly guests.

Great Easter Break!

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage. The house is small, but has everything you need. We have four children between the ages of 5-11, but still felt there was enough room for our family. The backyard is fenced, which was also great with small kids. The cottage is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but still very close to the downtown. I would consider staying here again. Thank you for a great Easter break!

Nice updated kitchen & baths. Furniture also seems updated, not grandma's. Rooms are pretty small. Not much space for clothing storage besides closet. Could use hooks for wet towels in bath. Close to town and beach.

Great little house and location. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect for the 4 of us. The only negative is the second bathroom is not in air conditioned part of the house. It’s small and has exhaust fan but no incoming air.

Beautiful house

Overall I was very impressed with the condition of the house/property and would stay there again. The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because of the linen situation. The listing clearly states that linens are provided, yet when we got there we found that we were expected to bring our own sheets and towels. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if we had known this beforehand, but instead we found out upon arrival and had to go to Walmart (40mins round trip) our first night to buy sheets and towels. The listing needs updated to reflect this.
