Before and after each guest's arrival and departure, our unit is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to the upmost care. We value the safety and comfort of our guests, so please let us know if you have any questions.

Our one bedroom / one bath ground floor condo is Hotel Zoned and is located across one of the best beaches in Maui (Kamaole II), filled with gorgeous views along with exciting activities such as snorkeling, whale watching. Feel free to grab the included books, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, ice cooler, and head to the easy-access and beautiful Kam II beach. 
In the evening , sit on the Sunset Wall across from the condo and watch the Breathtaking view of the Sun setting on the Horizon.
Relex at the beach while sitting under the umbrella and enjoying a cold drink.
Swim with Turtles and enjoy the ocean
We provide complimentary starter pack .
Guests are advised to purchase more supplies as needed when they run out.

Great location, close to beaches and grounds kept clean. Loved the pool and amenities and ground level lanai. Thankful for full kitchen and comfortable bed. No smoke detector located in unit and bathroom fan did not work, those were negatives for this space for us.

Thank you for your feedback. However the smoke detector is located in the bedroom. Also there is NO FAN in the bathroom. It doesn't need it. Not all condos are designed to have one. Our condo is that exception . Mahalo.

This was a great place to stay for our visit to the island this year! Host had essential items stocked, the condo was clean and the entire property is well taken care of. Great location!!!! Will be checking their availability first when we choose our next years dates!

Great condo across the street from a great beach!

Condo was as listed. Everything you need for cooking in your condo. Great location along some of the best beaches on Maui. Close to restaurants and sunsets. Easy check in/out.

Super location - near beach and shops/restaurants.

This unit is across the road from the beach. Well equipped unit with a good amount of equipment for the beach ( chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards).Pool area was nice but can get busy. Well kept property with beautiful plants. Friendly staff!

The property is in the best location just across the best beach in Kihei.. loved the beach gear made our trip to have the umbrella and chairs with cooler... I would highly recommend this unit..

Overall Great place!

Kehei is a nice little area and this location was fantastic, being walkable to the beach, food and shops. The owners were very responsive, check in and check out were very simple as well. My only gripe would be that the bed was quite hard, and could use a new mattress or mattress topper. A Fantastic stay otherwise.

Enjoyed

Owner was responsive to messages before our trip. When we were there she welcomed us and checked on us via text to make sure we were good. We appreciated all the beach accessories. The kitchen was stocked with many spices and good selection of plates, cookware, etc. Location to the beach was awesome. Lots of shops and restaurants close.

Best location for small children - so close to beach!

We brought our 15 month old grandbaby and we were thrilled to be so close to the beach when it was time for naptime. Just a 1 minute walk. Literally across the street from Kamole 2. Excellent snorkeling, close to deli food, stores and restaurants. The downstairs unit was perfect for coming and going with all of our items. Owner has beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards and more to use! We were more than prepared and didn’t miss a beat. Best spot we have been to in Maui after coming year after year. We WILL rent again from her! Thank you Brett & Zahida! ❤️

Perfect for what we needed!

Aloha! Thanks so much for letting us stay here! It was perfect for what we needed! It was relaxing, adventurous, and so much fun. The place was such a great location from everything we needed; shops, restaurants, and most importantly, the beach with the most ideal sunset spot you can ask for (right across the street!). The place was clean too and had plenty of items to use, (ie beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards) it was great. The community felt safe too and the other guests and neighbors were very friendly. The front desk was super nice too at check in and offered us some fresh fruit, complimentary! We definitely will be back! Also, thanks for being so quick to respond and so friendly to us Zahida! You’re kindness really made us feel at home. 😎🌈🌴A big Mahalo! Molly and Dan

Not the cleanest and beds were horrible!

The location within Kihei is great, but there were many other problems with this condo. I’m not really picky about where I stay as long as it is clean and comfortable. There were 4 adults sharing this condo. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked loudly at any little movement. The pull out couch in the living room was so bad that we were more comfortable sleeping just on the couch and in the chaise lounge from the lanai! The washer and dryer did not work. We were were told that a new one is on order, but unfortunately not until after our stay. We had to ask for more dishes, which were provided quickly, but everything in the kitchen was mismatched. We made sure to wash everything before we used it. The unit could use a thorough top to bottom cleaning! The fan in the bathroom had so much dust and dirt on it, I’m sure it hadn’t been cleaned in a few years. Baseboards and the floor weren’t much better. Also there was a lot of very, very early loud noise (some days as early as 4:30am) from the deliveries at the strip mall right behind the condo, which I know is out of the owners control. This condo needs a lot of TLC! I would not stay in this unit again! :-(

Loved this condo!

We loved Zahida and her condo! She made our experience more enjoyable and was in contact with us throughout our stay and resolved any issues we had. I have been to Maui over ten times and I have never had a property owner reach out to welcome us to their condo and when a massive fire broke out near where we were staying to check if we were okay. Condo was well stocked and we really appreciated that Zahida provided items that we didn't have to purchase such as, laundry and dish detergent, soap, toilet paper and napkins. These are items you never think about needing but are wonderful to have. There was also durable beach chairs and a nice boogie board unlike the many worn and broken boogie boards we were provided in past stays else where. An added bonus is that the A/C unit is in the bedroom which made sleep way more comfortable! Many places in Maui are unable to have A/C units in bedroom and instead are located in the living room which is not helpful on 95F+ days during July. Plus having no carpet is amazing. We could tell the condo was clean and well cared for. Carpet is generally always gross with sand and ocean water. We did not feel disgusted by using any of the sheets, blankets, or sitting on the couch at all. One thing that I enjoy that this condo did not have was a king size bed. It's definitely not a necessity but I think the mattress could also be improved. Definitely not the worst bed I have slept on while on vacation though. We love Kihei Kai Nani and always stay in this complex due to being affordable for being so close to the best beach in Maui (Kam II) you will not miss seeing a turtle here. Plus a large pool that is not crowded. Condos across the street are sometimes double or triple the price. You can not go wrong staying here! I am a expert when it comes to Mahalo We will definitely be back! -Jadie and Bert

Great location and close to everything

The property was a great location being within close walking distance to the beach and the restaurants of the area. Property was well stocked with what we needed in the kitchen and shower. Nice to have laundry too!

Location is wonderful! Kamaole Beach is across the street. We saw turtles every day while swimming there. Waves there are very forgiving perfect for snorkeling and smaller kids. There were a few grocery shops and restaurants within 5-10 min walk. There’s a bus stop 3 min walk where you can take a bus south or to Kahului. Apartment is very well equipped and renovated, clean. We really appreciated all the beach gear that was available to us - umbrellas, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys. We were able to fix quick meals as kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (pots, pans, coffee maker, etc). Overall great experience and I would highly recommend Zahida’s place!

Love Maui

We enjoyed ourselves so much staying at this condo. We used the lanai every day as the grounds are so beautiful and there is a slight peek a boo view of the ocean. It is so close to the ocean you can hear the waves crashing at night. Just cross the street and you are at the best beach in Maui. The condo is close to stores and restaurants. So convenient. The kitchen is equipped with what you need to prepare meals and the beach chairs and umbrella are great to have. I will most definitely stay here again.
