Kihei Kai Nani #3-116 is a beautiful ground floor, 1 bedroom / 1 bath, unit with a tropical garden view. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen, A.C. in the living room, ceiling fans throughout, cable TV/DVD, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Kihei Kai Nani #3-116 features quality tile in every room, including the bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with California king bed. Coin-operated laundry room on-site.
Kihei Kai Nani is a very popular and well liked condo. It's in a great location. Walk to restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks, health food store, and Internet cafe. Six championship golf courses within 15 minutes. Kihei, being on the beautiful south coast, has the best weather and beaches in Maui, so relax by the large pool or enjoy the variety of activities Maui has to offer. Note: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for this unit. This unit sleeps 2.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Kihei Kai Nani is located right across from the world renowned Kamaole Beach Park #2. This gorgeous beach is famous for its long sandy shoreline, clean clear water for snorkeling, and great body surfing. Whale watch, paddle board, walk the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. It is a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. Kihei Kai Nani has a 60ft swimming pool, shuffleboard, gas grills for your use, a coin-operated laundry room, complimentary internet service and free parking. Kihei Kai Nani is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Refuge in paradise

Great location with so many extras

Loved this place for our first stay in Maui. It had lots of extras that weren’t in the listing. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, two coolers and ice packs. The bathroom was beautifully renovated. Pots and pans were high quality. It was more than we were expecting! So happy with our stay.

The location was amazing. Didn’t like having to turn the air on every 4 hours. Made for very sleepless nights. Also the unit was right by the dumpster and people empty their trash very early making for sleep issues.

Conveniently located in Kihei, South Maui, across from Kameole Beach II and walking distance to essentials such as restaurants, a general store, and shops for local souvenirs. Lots of parking for your car rental, a clean pool for days that the ocean waves keep you out of the water.Their condo rental was more than I expected, better than listed. So beautifully decorated, so clean, and fully stocked - there is nothing you would need! Would absolutely look for this rental the next time I visit Maui! Highly recommend.

Clean, quiet and well equipped!

We had a great stay. The condo was very well equipped and the location is great! Really enjoyed the pool which was warm and not very busy. Beach chairs, boogie boards and towels supplied and easy convenient parking. We hope to be back!

Nice Clean Modern Unit

We have stayed in this complex many times over the last 20+ years and found this unit to be the cleanest, well equipped condo of all. We had a small maintenance issue and they were over in less than 2 hours and corrected the issue while we were out. We would definitely stay here again the the near future. Mahalo

Great location for beaches

Condo was clean & ready for early checkin. Furniture was comfortable. WiFi okay in living room, weak in bedroom. Well supplied with kitchen tools & spices. Easy access to beach across the street.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have rented this unit for a monthly stay for the past 2 years. The nightly rate increased from 165 per night to $275. Unfortunately we will not be reserving this unit again.

Quiet, clean and great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is perfectly located near many restaurants and just across a great beach. The outdoor space makes a huge difference compare to the little balconies that most places have. Check in and out was very easy and the management company was very helpful. The condo is equipped with everything you can think of. The bed is comfortable and the cool air from the AC in the living room goes all the way to the bedroom.It’s really quiet and I highly recommend it with a kid as well!

Hawaiian Honeymoon

We booked this room for our daughter and her new husband. This was their first time to Hawaii and they had an amazing time! Loved the friendly staff, close proximity to the beach, dining and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great complex, great location to beach, amenities. Beach towel location was not obvious and found them mid way into stay. (under the bed). We ended up buying some cheap ones because of this. No AC in bedroom should be noted. We had some hot sleeps despite fan provided. Garden patio was nice too.
