Great Ski in/ski out penthouse condo located at the base of peak 9. No car needed! Simply walk out the back door of the complex, snap into your skis and take the Quicksilver SuperQuad Lift! Ski rentals are also available at the base of the lift. Walk out the front door and Main Street is a short 1 1/2 block walk. The free Trolley stops a half block away to get you to the grocery store.

This spacious non-smoking condo easily accommodates two families. It has a large great room with a gas stove, balcony with view of the ski slope and three newly remodeled baths. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit!

The downstairs Primary BR has King and private bath with an extra long tub/shower. The second BR has a queen bed with a large half bath across the hall. Upstairs is a loft with two sets of extra long twin bunks, and a third BR with a queen bed and a set of bunkbeds and an attached half bath.

The complex has indoor and outdoor hot tubs on the main floor and a year-round pool across the street for your enjoyment. Unfortunately, for the 2024-2025 season, only the outdoor hot tub at the condominium and the pool complex across the street will be available for use. The indoor hot tub at the condo is currently being updated and is closed.

Location, location, location

This property is exactly as advertised and an excellent choice for those who love skiing/boarding as well as those who prefer shopping. You can walk out of the back of the complex and be at the Quick Silver lift in 2 minutes or the Beaver Run lift (less crowded and better for more experienced skiers/boarders) in 5 minutes. You can get to the village with an easy, flat 5 minute walk. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook. The upstairs loft gets a little hot at night because of the condo design. Otherwise everything was great. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the ski-in/out location. Perfect for little ones, there was plenty of room for 6 kids and 4 adults. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay, board games for adults, sleds for sledding adventures etc. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Would def stay here again.

Family Ski Trip

I stayed here with a large family group ranging in ages from 1 to 65. We loved it! It is truly right next to the lift and close enough to Main Street to walk. The condo was great and the complex was very nice and had several ski-specific amenities.

Great location

It was a great location. Large indoor hot tub. Spacious. Hot water for showers was great. Drip coffee maker, pots/pans/cooking supplies were amazing. Shuttle stop right across the street. Short walk to the town. Great view from balcony. The only issue was not enough towel for all guests. And it took two days to get more. The dryer was in the back of the room upstairs which caused some moisture and heat when you use it. Other than that the place was great. Would recommend to a friend.

Great home in great location

We enjoyed a week here in December. This home was a great size for our group of 9 teens and adults. The ski out location was perfect, and the proximity to town was wonderful.

Well appointed and equipped. Great deck/porch with view of mountains. Well located and is ski-in, ski-out….IF a you avoid spring break week for the Midwest. Lines at Quicksilver lift were 45 mins-plus to get up on mountain in morning. Owners great to work with.

Excellent Group Ski Trip Location

Our family and friends really enjoyed this spacious condo as a great place for 12 people total. The central great room is perfect for gathering for food, games and conversation. The Quicksilver Lift at base of peak 9 was only a two minute walk out the back of the complex and the shops/restaurants in town were only 1 to 2 blocks away. Loved our trip!

Location Location Location! The QuickSilver chairlift is right outside the back entry, it’s easy to ski back for a quick lunch, and Main Street is a 5 minute walk! The location is perfect!

Great location!

This unit was the exact size we needed and even better, we walked right out the back door of the complex, took a very short trail, and hopped on the Quicksilver SuperChair! It was great for all of our teenagers. This unit was also within walking distance of Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter Wonderland

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was very responsive and made the logistics seamless. We had 8 adults and one infant in our group and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to have cozy dinners at home. There is a large dining room table that provided great space for playing cards and hanging out. It was also a very short walk into the heart of downtown Breck when we wanted to get out and explore. Also it is a true ski in/out. The walk to the Quicksilver lift is right out the back door. We loved being able to stop in to grab a nice lunch then get back on the slopes. The unit had several sleds that we had a blast with! We would definitely recommend staying at this property and would stay there again next time we are ready to hit the slopes!

Great location, great owner communications

Thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The location is perfect--the Quicksilver lift is right out the back and just a very short walk to the town. The condo had everything you need plus even more- every appliance (coffee maker, crock pots, toaster), lots of pots and pans, plenty of glasses, dishes, just everything to make the stay comfortable. There was even some Christmas decorations to add to the holiday spirit. The owner was super helpful and always replied promptly, within a few hours always). Traveling during this Covid pandemic was a bit stressful, but the owner was very understanding and communicated helpful information about the restrictions. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend this condo!
