A perfect location and very comfortable unit. Watching fireworks from our porch on New Year’s Eve was a highlight.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that both bedrooms faced the slopes as did the living room. So we could always check on the lifts and slopes.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location is absolutely fabulous—easy to access and incredibly convenient for getting to the slopes. The ski locker was a huge bonus and made it simple to grab our gear and head straight out each day.The bedroom configuration worked perfectly for our group, giving everyone plenty of space and comfort. The condo itself was spacious, well laid out, and thoughtfully stocked with appliances, which made our stay even easier.Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay for a ski trip, and we would happily return. Highly recommend!

True ski in/out...fantastic location...condo had great beds-- enough for each adult and kitchen was very well equipped.....great accomodations and layout. Loved the keyless entry...great owner response to any questions!

True ski in ski out

Skiwatch is one of the best locations on the Mountain. The units at Skiwatch are a little older but the location makes up for it and is one of my favorite places to stay. Having hot tubs literally steps off the trail is great to relax and see the skiers in action.

Perfect Location; Wonderful Host

We stayed here in January for a family ski trip with 3 generations, ranging in age from 5-75! We loved the convenience of ski-in, ski-out! Host was quick to answer any questions before and during our stay. The view was perfect and the common area right next to the condo was great for our group! Will definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

Could not beat this location

Access to the mountain was incredible, true ski in and out. Short drive to an incredible town. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. My family will definitely come back and stay at this location. Thanks!

The ski in/out was amazing and the lift was just yards away.

We wished the hot tubs would have been available earlier than 10am. For we all like to get in when we wake up to loosen up for a great day of skiing

For somebody that wants easy access to the slopes, this condo is as easy as it gets.

Comfortable and quiet, and ski down to the lifts! Hot tubs were great also. Not luxury, but who cares! It was very well maintained, and you stay here for the convenience. Very easy booking, Alex is very responsive. The deposit also came back a lot quicker than expected. We will stay here again.

Great ski in/ ski out

Easy ski-in/out access with large slope side lockers so you never have to lug any gear. Walk out…ski directly to any of the 3 lifts at peak 8 base. And easy to get back to from any number of runs. Tons of sleeping space. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Laundry room for the building easily accessible and never had a problem finding open machines. Definitely a top location for any ski trip to Breck

Awesome property

Travelled with 3 adult children to Breckenridge from Iowa. True ski-in ski-out property. Our first time with them his type of lodging and it was a game changer! Loved the convenience. Great view, great beds, nice bathrooms, cozy ambience. Hope to stay again next year! My only problem was with the altitude…went to an oxygen bar and also bought some “canned oxygen” and that helped quite a bit:)

Amazing ski in / ski out

We had an amazing stay - everything exceeded our expectations. Love the location, the building, and the unit. We will definitely be back and stay here again! One note for very beginner skiers, it’s located off a blue run. It’s an easy, short walk from a green run, but only true “ski in” from a blue. Luckily with lessons, our kids mastered the blues pretty quickly so we could all ski in. So convenient!!!
