Great respite from day trips to Hilton Head, Savannah, Beaufort and all the low country has to offer!

This condo will not offer golf cart or amenity cards - beach and nature lovers only! There is a five night minimum stay. The wifi name is: MacVilla.

Located in the middle of the island and offers a great view of the marsh. There are beach access points up and down the main road and they are almost every other block!

No smoking.
When you leave, put key back in lockbox and travel safe!

Comfortable and Inviting Villa

If you love drinking your coffee in the morning sitting on the deck overlooking the marsh watching the wildlife, then this is your place! Beautiful views morning and evening. Great location! Central to just about everything. Very comfortable bed upstairs. Great table for card playing. We hope to return in the fall.

Great Week at the Beach

The 1 bedroom unit was next to the tennis courts - but more important only a short walk to the beach. The decor of tge unit recently had been updated and was very nice. It was very quiet and comfortable. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the marsh. A great view!

Fripp Fabulous

This 1 bedroom Tennis Villa is in a perfect location on the Island, with a short walk to the beach and easy access to bike/walking path. The Villa is spotless and comfortable with a wonderful view over the marsh. Highly recommended.

Love Fripp!

We really enjoyed the beautiful views from this condo. The host was very responsive and easy to work with when we had questions. We left a little early because of approaching Hurricane Ian but were so glad that Fripp fared well.

Great location

This villa is centrally located on the island. Close proximity to all amenities. Very short walk to the beach, fitness center, and Olympic pool. Very nice view of the marsh! Quaint and functional. Met my expectations. Fun week!

Quiet and serene inside and outside

My sister and I enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. The location makes for quick access to the swimming pool and restaurant across the street. Perfect! Loved it!

Nice condo in Fripp Island

I stayed in this unit July 2 - 9. The property was well maintained, clean and spacious. The location was ideal being directly across from the town center, fairly close to the beach and on the tennis courts. The marsh view from the deck was excellent. I rented a golf cart for the week which made getting around no issue. The only negative that I had was the bedroom being on the 2nd floor with a metal spiral staircase. It really wasn't an issue for me but someone with a mobility issue may have a problem. Overall the stay met my expectations.

Perfect little place

My spouse and I stayed here for a week, and really enjoyed it. We had no issues. The host was very communicative and the place was clean. The marsh view was great, and it was in a convenient location on the island. The place isn't lavish, but if you're going to enjoy time on the beach each day, it's great. I would rent the unit again in the future.

Wonderful Getaway

Mary’s place is a little slice of heaven. The sunsets on the back porch are unbelievable. I had everything I needed. The upstairs loft is so nice to relax and after a long day… Great view of the marsh and super peaceful. I highly recommend!

My 15 year old daughter and I had the most joyful start to summer!!!!! The Villa has everything we needed and more. We loved the tranquility of the location!!!! The view of the Marsh is truly one of the best on Fripp!!!! It’s a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The location is spectacular!!!!! We can’t wait to return!!!!!! Thank you to a remarkable host!!!!!

My point of view on the previous review. Yes there was a mouse. You are staying on the marsh. I also saw birds,raccoon and lots of deer.Up close. Mary was one the best host I have ever dealt with. As soon as she knew of the mouse problem, she had someone there. You can't fix what you don't know is a problem. She continued to follow-up to make sure we were OK. As for the internet, that was a funny one. It turns out part of the password was a ! Lol. I thought she was just frustrated I couldn't get it to work.lmbo Not to electrically savie. The TV is working fine. We had a great stay. If you want a good place for a good price. This is it. It has everything you need on vaction.

Ruined vacation

I've been going to Fripp since 2002 and always used VRBO for there and several other areas. We never had an issue.. The condo was comfortable and looked nice as the pictures portrayed.. Mary did not know her username and password for the internet. Told me a few different ones that did not work. She said she "thought" it was what she sent me. Finally said she'd check and let me know on Monday. I'd been there since Thursday, so I never had internet. She left no instructions for anything as most owners do and as my family did for their rental. I had a problem getting the television on..tried from directions from my son from home,, instructions left might have helped . I never heard from her on Monday regarding the internet, but walking into the kitchen that morning. I discovered rat droppings from one side across to the other.. I was very upset to go back in but thankfully I saw an exterminator across the parking lot..He said that's what they were and looked for where it came in. He said the company worked for the resort. There was a torn pillowcase, no beach chair, I bought my own and left it.. i had asked her before I got there if there was one, and she said they disappear, to bring one..One half of the fire alarm in the bedroom had fallen off and was on the landing. I left Monday afternoon as I was suppose to stay until Thursday.. I lost money on the plane, my trip was ruined, I was there 3 full days instead of the week. I asked the man from the extermination company if he'd stay, and he said that if he was me, he would not.. He saw the number of droppings.. horrible. She refunded me 3 days.. With all that occurred I had asked for a refund of the week, but that is what I got.

Quiet, beautiful marsh view

We spent several days recently in this condo in the Tennis Villas area of Fripp Island. It has one of our favorite views at Fripp, over a large marsh, but it is also a short, easy walk from the beach. The host was very helpful and responsive, and we enjoyed our stay very much! The spiral stairs up to the bedroom loft might be challenging for some, but we're in our 60s, and it was fine.

Quiet & Beautiful stay

Clean, simple, & cozy stay on Fripp Island. Great views of Marsh & a few minute walk to beach access. We worked remotely from the house and had no issues - Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. Excellent Host! Strongly recommend!

NEW YEAR Getaway

My husband & I were looking for a quiet getaway to bring in the new year, & this place was perfect! We also brought our 2 dogs, which was a real treat, considering most places wouldn’t allow dogs. The condo was exactly as described, & super clean! The property owner was always available to answer our questions during our stay, & we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the local restaurants, & downtown Beaufort was absolutely charming to spend the afternoon. Going for walks on the beach & exploring the area with our pups was exactly what we’re looking for, & this place was perfect! Looking forward to going back in the future!
