There was a small hiccup with the housekeeping when I first arrived. There were no paper products. It took until after 12:00 the next day to get any. Other than that one hitch, everything was great. The place with the views and location are awesome. The price was awesome, and the owner was great with communicating to solve the problems. I would recommend this rental to anyone, and I would definitely rent it again.

Amazing Island

The stay here was absolutely amazing. The sunrise was gorgeous. We had so much fun and there was so much for us to enjoy on and off the island. We really appreciate you for letting us have this experience.

Wonderful Relaxing Ocean View

If you want to relax, have magnificent ocean views and glorious sunrises, then look no further! Home was clean and comfortable. Host was extremely responsive! Highly recommend!!!

Nice view.

Condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that it did not come with amenity cards, but that was clearly stated up front in the listing. Would stay again!

I'm glad you enjoyed your time on Fripp Island. Please come again. I understand the frustration over "no amenity cards". To buy into the Private Club plus pay the annual Club fees would mean at least doubling my nightly fees. As advertised, my condo is perfect for enjoying the magnificent 3.5 mile long Fripp beach, fishing, and watching spectacular sunrises & moonsets from the large decks as dolphins swim past.

35th Anniversary Trip

Fripp was wonderful as always. New Haven needs to do some maintenance and updates. Looks like they have started doing some of that in the garage area. Love the location.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Newhaven is investing millions in infrastructure - deck, garage, revetements etc. These are long-term projects being done in sequence over the next 2 years. The community will be like new after that. Reserve funds are being collected for on-going maintenance. Good things are happening at Newhaven!

Beautiful View

We loved sitting on the large common property deck, just a step outside of our living room watching the sun rise each morning. Great amenities, well cared for. Shaded underground parking kept the car cool and convenient for loading/unloading. We would definitely consider staying again.
