Rainbow River Getaway

Location location! If you want to be very close to the river with full access to the park, but not pay to be on the water this is it! This is a two bedroom with one and a half bathrooms on a huge 1/2 acre lot. The huge backyard is completely fenced in and we have a golf cart and kayaks and paddle boards available for your use. Our home is located two blocks from our community park that is located ON THE Rainbow River. The park has a boat ramp, grills, pavilions and a volleyball net. In order to drive to the park you will need a key to the gate. There is no fee unless the key is lost then there is a $300 lost key fee.

The home is fully furnished with two new Queen beds, a Queen pull out sofa and a set of twin bunkbeds. We have all of the necessary kitchen appliances such as a blender, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, griddle, dishes and cookware.

Sit on the front porch and listen to the birds in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We are located one mile away from the popular KP Hole where you can tube or kayak or canoe down the beautiful crystal clear Rainbow River.
