{Due to medical reasons, I can only accept non-smokers/non vapors-meaning non-smoking/vaping inside and/or out and no tobacco chewers-please honor this necessity-thank you}
Lovely furnished one bedroom apartment (located on 2nd floor) with stove, refrigerator, microwave and TV for your entertainment while you stay in Alamo City. It is conveniently located just off the access road to IH-35 North near The Pearl and downtown San Antonio. One can easily walk to Broadway Street for shopping, eating at a nice restaurant, or finding entertainment in The Pearl complex. Plus, the city bus is conveniently located back on Carson Street (2 blocks) to take you downtown to our famous River Walk and the Alamo. 6blocks from Ft Sam Houston's gate on New Braunfels Ave.

Super cute place. Very clean and affordable! Also located close to a lot of coffee shops (check out folklore!) and beers gardens. Would def stay again :)

Thank you for your review. Yes our location is great...lots of local restaurants from fast food to Mexican, American, and Korean cuisine. And yes our apartment is clean and cozy with low reasonable pricing for short or long stays.

Thank you for taking time to write a review. Over the years, as guests request anything, it has been provided, making our place, a well stocked stay. Everything is washed after each stay, even the shower curtains. And our location is close to alot of attractions and/or provide easy access to the interstates.

Not quite 600 sq ft to enjoy this quaint cozy 1 bd apartment. Located Centrally providing easy access to interstate travel and or public transportation, if necessary. Apartment is stocked with everything needed to facilitate your comfortable stay. Guests are always welcomed to contact owners for any needs.

Mrs. Phyllis was a wonderful host and has an adorable place. It is definitely small, but it was clean and comfortable. It was very close to downtown San Antonio, so I was able to go on lots of adventures without having to drive too far.

ng time to write a description review. Yes our location is convenient, central, close to interstate excess, proximity to major attractions and military base. Cleaning protocol is the same as in 2020, when the need was indeed dire.

Came for Thanksgiving to host my son and his buddy. Great, central location. Clean. Easy to get in and out. All the things you need in a kitchen. Host was very responsive and courteous. Definitely would stay again.

I wish I had more time there, but this would be the perfect location to hit all the hotspots in San Antonio.

Our location is perfect as we are centrally located, minutes from The Pearl, downtown, The Alamo, The Frost bank center, and The Alamodome, there's easy access to various Interstates if you are choosing Sea World, Morgan's Wonderland, Natural Bridge Caverns, and/or the Missions.
