{Due to medical reasons, I can only accept non-smokers/non vapors-meaning non-smoking/vaping inside and/or out and no tobacco chewers-please honor this necessity-thank you}
Lovely furnished one bedroom apartment (located on 2nd floor) with stove, refrigerator, microwave and TV for your entertainment while you stay in Alamo City. It is conveniently located just off the access road to IH-35 North near The Pearl and downtown San Antonio. One can easily walk to Broadway Street for shopping, eating at a nice restaurant, or finding entertainment in The Pearl complex. Plus, the city bus is conveniently located back on Carson Street (2 blocks) to take you downtown to our famous River Walk and the Alamo. 6blocks from Ft Sam Houston's gate on New Braunfels Ave.

Great host, communicated effectively during the lead up to my stay. The proximity to the Riverwalk and countless other places is very convenient. The place was exactly as advertised and I would certainly stay here again.

We are centrally located. 5min drive to downtown and Riverwalk. 7 blocks walking to The Pearl. 3 blocks to Ft Sam Houston's gate. Easy bus ride from airport. Easy access to IH10, IH35, and US281. Perfect for your San Antonio stay. Please come again.

Apartment was clean, stocked and very charming. The host was attentive, responsive and went out of their way to make it a great stay. I would stay here again.

Super cute place. Very clean and affordable! Also located close to a lot of coffee shops (check out folklore!) and beers gardens. Would def stay again :)

Thank you for your review. Yes our location is great...lots of local restaurants from fast food to Mexican, American, and Korean cuisine. And yes our apartment is clean and cozy with low reasonable pricing for short or long stays.

Very thoughtful accommodations in a relatively good location for a great price! Check-in is easy and straightforward, the host communicated details very clearly and timely. The unit is upstairs. It is very clean and comfortable for two people. Some nice details - kitchen had a Keurig with complimentary k-cups, and bathroom had two sets of towels and available toiletries, and even a first aid kit. The location is fine - we didn’t have a car so opted for rideshares to get to the Pearl and to downtown. It is walkable to some good nearby spots like Breakaway Brewing and Volta. Checkout was also easy and straightforward. I’ll definitely consider staying here again!

Yes our place is conveniently located and one can either Uber or walk to several nearby locations and/or attractions, not to mention that one could even catch public transportation easily from and to the airport. Cozy, comfortable, and clean making you stay enjoyable.

Thank you for taking time to write a review. Over the years, as guests request anything, it has been provided, making our place, a well stocked stay. Everything is washed after each stay, even the shower curtains. And our location is close to alot of attractions and/or provide easy access to the interstates.

Not quite 600 sq ft to enjoy this quaint cozy 1 bd apartment. Located Centrally providing easy access to interstate travel and or public transportation, if necessary. Apartment is stocked with everything needed to facilitate your comfortable stay. Guests are always welcomed to contact owners for any needs.

Mrs. Phyllis was a wonderful host and has an adorable place. It is definitely small, but it was clean and comfortable. It was very close to downtown San Antonio, so I was able to go on lots of adventures without having to drive too far.
