This apartment is a part of San Antonio's historic living and is not only right on the Riverwalk, but also steps away from delicious dining, exciting attractions, great nightlife and entertainment.

This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. It is not a working mailbox, so don't mistakenly mail a letter :)
This apartment also has a K-cup coffee maker with a supply of coffee, creamer & sugars for your convenience.

The apartment is absolutely adorable. Everything you need and the location perfect! “2” Easy access points to the River Walk. Nearby parking on Flores street very reasonable.

The apartment was so so cute and clean and loved every minute of it! Parking at the parking garage 2 blocks away was perfect and cheaper then anywhere else. Over all I would definitely stay there again! Our host and property manager Angela was the greatest!

My wife and I stayed 10 days , Angela was a great host! And this Vrbo was very, very clean, and very comfortable. I love to cook, and everything that we needed was here. My wife and I have stayed at several VRBO’s, and we were very very happy with this one! There’s a grocery store close by with some quality items. And a lot of parking available right downstairs. Thank you, Angela!

This cute apartment was centrally located to every thing. And can I just tell you, the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We used the common patio every night after venturing the Riverwalk. Once you park you can walk to everything. The apartment was decorated so cute and very clean. We will definitely be back.

This little apartment was exactly as pictured! We loved the decorating, right down to the adorable little horses on the small table! Its location was perfect for first time visitors, near all the main attractions. Angela was a wonderful host and super to work with! She communicated immediate! Highly recommend!

We were right in the heart of old San Antonio, so there were lots of places to eat within walking distance, a nice little coffee shop about a block away. The place was decorated beautifully and a pleasure to be in this spot. The host was attentive and easy to work with. As it was downtown, parking was somewhat tricky and a little noisy, but those things were worth it to be right downtown, right near the river walk.

This was one of the nicest, cutest, and most clean vrbos we've ever stayed at! We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was absolutely perfect! We were right on the Riverwalk , so we walked everywhere! There are several parking options nearby (for an extra charge unfortunately), but that is probably the only negative about this specific property. It's located in an older building with a lot of charm and history. We were a block from the famous lock bridge, which was pretty neat (you can actually buy a lock downstairs at this cute Indian restaurant). There are a couple of restaurants located on the main floor of the building, and it was directly across the street from an old historic church and city plaza, which has a light show six out of seven nights. Again, the location was perfect for what we were looking for! When we walked into the apartment, it was so clean, smelled amazing, and was absolutely charming! No detail was left undone! The decorations were so tasteful and inviting! And the bed was so very comfortable!! I think I slept like a baby both nights we were there! And because I do a lot of my work remotely, I really appreciated the workspace! It was perfect! Just spacious enough! I loved our view out of our amazingly large windows! Tons of natural light, but also I loved all the light fixtures and lamps throughout the apartment - very modern yet charming. I would absolutely stay here again, in a heartbeat! We loved it!

Second time we have stayed in this little apartment downtown. Perfect for a couple with all amenities that we needed. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay.
