This tastefully updated and decorated home has all the modern amenities you'll need. Centrally located in Bend, we're just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, downtown, Old Mill, and Mt Bachelor. We're thoughtfully stocked with cooking supplies (pots, pans, sauces, seasoning), Smart TVs with cable, coffee, tea, and family-friendly games. All rooms have top-rated memory foam mattresses. Washer/Dryer in home. Towels, linens, shampoo, soap all provided. Fire pit and Gas Grill in fenced in back yard. Cleaned by a professional cleaning service after each stay. Dogs allowed for a one time stay fee of $50. Parking limited to 5 cars.

Being close to everything has its perks, but it also comes with ambient noise from city streets. Open the windows to hear cars go by or close them for a quiet night's sleep. A secluded cabin in the woods this house is not. However, we're in a quiet, safe suburban neighborhood, surrounded by working class families.

Beautiful place and really large. Kitchen, bedrooms, yard and living area all fantastic. Well stocked. Host was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again. Only minor downsides were distance from downtown and back of house faces a road with a little traffic. TVs were networked thru Roku which isn’t the easiest thing to use for getting live sports.

Great Group Party Location

What a wonderful home. Spacious and room layout is ideal for large groups. Wi-Fi access met all of our needs especially for those of us who had remote work to do. This home perfectly located, it seemed as it was 10 min from all activities and food.

This house was the perfect setting for our family! The sleeping arrangements were incredibly comfortable, the location was excellent, and the home was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Tracy is an absolutely amazing host—always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we wanted. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly, highly recommend this house!

Spacious and comfortable home

The home was very comfortable and well equipped. Tracy is a fantastic hostess and it is a great property. We had a few very minor things that were addressed immediately and perfectly. I was traveling with friends and we appreciated having lots of adult-sized beds and bedrooms. Highly recommend!

Great Bend Property!

Our stay for a group of 8 was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone and had everything we needed for a golf trip. Only complaint is the road noise is a bit loud. It didn’t affect us too much but for those searching for a quiet backyard area, this doesn’t quite have that. Other than that, everything was excellent at the property!

Wonderful family place

This house was the perfect place for our large family to stay while in Bend for a wedding. The house was comfy, spacious, and with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the backyard fire pit. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay!

We went for a bachelorette trip and had a great time! The host Tracy was great and helped accommodate an early check in for us. There were plenty of rooms for all the girls to stay in, and the 3 bathrooms came in handy when everyone was trying to get ready. We also really enjoyed the fire pit outside. It was a great stay all around and I would love to come back some day!

Large home in quiet neighborhood

This home impressed us all on our ski trip to Mt Bachelor. We had 15 adults and there were plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone to be comfortable.

It was pretty much as advertised. We had a good time. Very close to all things to do in bend.We took bicycles and rode into town everyday. Great stay!

Perfect for large groups

We celebrated my daughter’s college graduation at this beautiful home and it was perfect. Well supplied (except no dishwasher soap), and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Well appointed home, excellent host

We had a lovely long weekend together with two other families. The 5 bedrooms are nice for large groups. This isn't a fancy house, but it's very nicely decorated and was comfortable for our group of 12. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Tracy was quick to respond when we ran out of a few items, and she was very friendly throughout the whole process.

Perfect for our large group wedding week!

The property was exactly as pictured and described! The neighborhood was very nice and close to most things we needed. Very comfortable and spacious with several areas to relax as well as a great outdoor space! Host communicated quickly and well! Only downside is it a noisy road but that also was revealed in the description. Great stay!

Great place with friends!

We came here for a trip with a group of friends and the property was perfect! We loved that the location was a short ride to downtown, and we also loved being able to walk around the neighborhood. Our favorite part was the yard! We had plenty of space for corn hole and we loved using the fire pit. Tracy also had great communication. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for large group

This home offered everything we needed while visiting Bend. Very spacious. Plenty of bedding & pillows, and the beds were so comfortable. Loved the fire pit at night. Only thing missing: the kitchen didn’t have any Tupperware or storage bags to deal with leftovers- so be prepared to buy some or bring your own.

Winter Reunion

We needed a get-away and Bend was perfect - about a 350 mile drive for every family. Super location, large home, nice neighbors, and plenty to do for entertainment. Tracy is an awesome host and so willing to help. Looking forward to returning in 2025.

Welcome to Bend! I have a small family of 3 and we are avid outdoor climbers. Ok, I'm an avid outdoor belayer, but my son will climb until his fingers bleed. So we decided to buy a house in Bend, near the iconic Smith Rock, the birthplace of single pitch sport climbing in the US. We live in Chattanooga, and vacation in Bend several times a year. When we're not in Bend, we make our house available to guests who travel to the pacific northwest to enjoy the high desert of Bend, Oregon!

Our house has six bedrooms! If you have a large group and want to be close to downtown, it's hard to find better accommodations. Even if you have a small party, our house won't be too big for you. You'll still love our quiet family neighborhood.
