This tastefully updated and decorated home has all the modern amenities you'll need. Centrally located in Bend, we're just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, downtown, Old Mill, and Mt Bachelor. We're thoughtfully stocked with cooking supplies (pots, pans, sauces, seasoning), Smart TVs with cable, coffee, tea, and family-friendly games. All rooms have top-rated memory foam mattresses. Washer/Dryer in home. Towels, linens, shampoo, soap all provided. Fire pit and Gas Grill in fenced in back yard. Cleaned by a professional cleaning service after each stay. Dogs allowed for a one time stay fee of $50. Parking limited to 5 cars.

Being close to everything has its perks, but it also comes with ambient noise from city streets. Open the windows to hear cars go by or close them for a quiet night's sleep. A secluded cabin in the woods this house is not. However, we're in a quiet, safe suburban neighborhood, surrounded by working class families.

Well appointed home, excellent host

We had a lovely long weekend together with two other families. The 5 bedrooms are nice for large groups. This isn't a fancy house, but it's very nicely decorated and was comfortable for our group of 12. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Tracy was quick to respond when we ran out of a few items, and she was very friendly throughout the whole process.

Mt. Bachelor ski trip

House was great. Neighbor across the street the best. Convenient to shopping and restaurants when not cooking at home. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of room for 12 of us. Tough two days of skiing in winter storm watch did not dampen our thoughts on the trip. THANKS

Perfect for large group

This home offered everything we needed while visiting Bend. Very spacious. Plenty of bedding & pillows, and the beds were so comfortable. Loved the fire pit at night. Only thing missing: the kitchen didn’t have any Tupperware or storage bags to deal with leftovers- so be prepared to buy some or bring your own.

Great place with friends!

We came here for a trip with a group of friends and the property was perfect! We loved that the location was a short ride to downtown, and we also loved being able to walk around the neighborhood. Our favorite part was the yard! We had plenty of space for corn hole and we loved using the fire pit. Tracy also had great communication. Would definitely recommend!

A great place to stay!

We went for a bachelorette trip and had a great time! The host Tracy was great and helped accommodate an early check in for us. There were plenty of rooms for all the girls to stay in, and the 3 bathrooms came in handy when everyone was trying to get ready. We also really enjoyed the fire pit outside. It was a great stay all around and I would love to come back some day!

Perfect for large groups

We celebrated my daughter’s college graduation at this beautiful home and it was perfect. Well supplied (except no dishwasher soap), and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Winter Reunion

We needed a get-away and Bend was perfect - about a 350 mile drive for every family. Super location, large home, nice neighbors, and plenty to do for entertainment. Tracy is an awesome host and so willing to help. Looking forward to returning in 2025.

Large home in quiet neighborhood

This home impressed us all on our ski trip to Mt Bachelor. We had 15 adults and there were plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone to be comfortable.

Wonderful family place

This house was the perfect place for our large family to stay while in Bend for a wedding. The house was comfy, spacious, and with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the backyard fire pit. Highly recommend!

Volleyball team camp!

We brought 8 high school girls for volleyball team camp. They had plenty of rooms and comfy beds for the girls. Their was room for the team to sit around the fire pit in the back yard to bond and make team goals. This beautiful house met our needs perfectly.

Perfect for our large group wedding week!

The property was exactly as pictured and described! The neighborhood was very nice and close to most things we needed. Very comfortable and spacious with several areas to relax as well as a great outdoor space! Host communicated quickly and well! Only downside is it a noisy road but that also was revealed in the description. Great stay!

Great place for a large group

This is our second stay at this property. We enjoyed our time. Perfect for a large group. It is a noisy house (road noise) but it says that in the listing so it should not be a surprise. It is also noisy for the people in the downstairs bedroom with the plumbing going down the wall. The house itself was clean but the front and back yards could you some leaf, pinecone & needle clean up. The gas fireplace was covered. The debris gets drug into the house. The parking is a bit of an issue when you have people coming and going in the group, we did a lot of car jockeying and we were always concerned someone would park wrong which they did and we got a text. That part was not very relaxing. Tracy is great, very responsive and helpful. We would stay again.

Fantastic

We were in town for our daughters' wedding and needed a place where multiple family members could stay without feeling overwhelmed by everyone. This place was perfect. We even hosted the rehearsal dinner at the home with plenty of room for the 20 guests for dinner (and a little bit of carpooling involved). Thanks again for a great place and a great stay. Highly recommend.

not as god as I would have expected but we made it a good time

the pictures can't show how tired the property is looking. The gas was off when we arrived which mean the house cleaner didn't notice, so all linens and dishware was washed with cold water. Hard not to track in leaves when the garage was full of them. Sleeps 16 but forks for twelve. Location was convenient for Bend. I had an asthma flare up which makes me wonder if the property is sufficiently cleaned between pet guests. I usually have no problem with the dogs we brought.But it was only five days and Christmas, so we made it work.

Great Thanksgiving week vacation

Neutral rating on this one - please see pros and cons Pros - Comfortable beds for 4 or 5 couples plus - and 3 full bathrooms, Plenty of towels, bath soap and shampoo, updated kitchen appliances and plenty of pots and pans, glasses and dishes, Well stocked pantry, Easy 5 - 10 minute drive to many Bend breweries and attractions, nice fenced in yard Cons- This home is in need of a deep clean - the kitchen and bathrooms were clean but the floors were extremely dirty, home is located in a very dense neighborhood, you can park one car in garage and 2 in driveway, street parking was all taken, busy road runs behind the house and traffic noise was non-stop until between 2 am - 5 am Overall - the house met our needs but the cleanliness was an issue, location was not ideal for our group Note: The owner did issue a refund for cleaning and was responsive to our messages

Welcome to Bend! I have a small family of 3 and we are avid outdoor climbers. Ok, I'm an avid outdoor belayer, but my son will climb until his fingers bleed. So we decided to buy a house in Bend, near the iconic Smith Rock, the birthplace of single pitch sport climbing in the US. We live in Chattanooga, and vacation in Bend several times a year. When we're not in Bend, we make our house available to guests who travel to the pacific northwest to enjoy the high desert of Bend, Oregon!

Our house has six bedrooms! If you have a large group and want to be close to downtown, it's hard to find better accommodations. Even if you have a small party, our house won't be too big for you. You'll still love our quiet family neighborhood.
