Centrally located rancher home with an amazing outdoor living area, Pool & Spa, BBQ, covered outdoor dining area firepit and amazing mountain views. Lounge chairs, hammocks and cornhole court included. Games room with ping pong, PS4, board games etc. All rooms are separated for extra privacy.
Huge wrap around kitchen great for groups, families and entertaining. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking equipment you should need and more. Multiple work spaces and high speed internet ready. Renters must be 25 years of age or older. Pool and Spa fee of $50 per day as required spa only fee $25

Close to Palm Canyon Drive, Restaurants, shopping and a short drive to the airport.

We offer Roku, Netflix and Prime video on our 65" Smart TV in living room. 50" Smart TV in master bedroom and 40" in the 2nd guest room.

Lovely spacious house with a great kitchen. Wonderful backyard with pool and hot tub. Game room was a bonus. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The hostess was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.

Beautiful property

Relaxing stay

We love staying here and feel right at home every time we visit. Everything is clean and comfortable and communicating with Brandi and Penny is easy with quick responses. The backyard is spacious and pleasant and truly an oasis. Thank you for the lovely stay! We can’t wait to return

Perfection in Palm Springs

We had a lovely trip to this property. It was well appointed, spotless, and had everything we needed! When something small went wrong, the communication and fix was fast and well handled. We can’t wait to come again!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The pool was a big hit, and warm enough to swim in even when it was a little chilly out. The house is well maintained and stocked with all the essentials. Nice neighborhood. Would stay again.

Perfect Vacation Home!

My family was totally impressed by Brandi's house! So much to do, but also perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed the pool, grill, and house layout. What a great time!

We had a great stay for a little over one week in early January. The house was as described and as it appeared in the listing pictures. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, including cookware, spices, condiments, etc. The backyard and game room were wonderful. There is a lot to do on the property itself, and plenty of different lounge options to choose from to read a book or do nothing at all. We appreciated that the owners even made free-weights available in the game room, something that we have not often seen in rental homes. The hot tub was also wonderful and easy to use (activated with a button and very hot within ten minutes or so). As other reviews have mentioned, the home is on a corner lot, with one side on a fairly busy road and the other on a quiet neighborhood street. The home is also in the takeoff path of Palm Springs airport. So there is some noise in the backyard during the day, but the inside of the house is quiet and there is very little noise at night. The backyard is entirely private, surrounded by tasteful fencing and greenery. We will return to this home for another stay in Palm Springs in the future.

Fantastic Palm Springs Getaway

This fantastic property is exactly as described and reflected in the pictures in the VRBO listing. Brandi is an excellent host, she responded very quickly to any questions we had and checked in to see how our trip was going. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed above the necessities. Great location, easy to get to downtown and I-10. We will definitely book again when we return to Palm Springs.

Spring Break trip

Lovely home with a great outdoor space and nice pool. Easy location to use as a home base for exploring the area. Our family had a wonderful time playing in the pool and hiking in the nearby mountains and Joshua tree. We would definitely come back to this rental when visiting Palm Springs.

Gorgeous Palm Springs oasis

Loved this spot! Great layout to the space, very nice kitchen, all the amenities you'd need -- the big highlight is definitely the beautiful pool set in a large gated garden. Brandi was super helpful as well. Will return!

Comfortable and Private home

This home is very clean and well maintained. Everything you need is supplied by the owner. It’s in PS Airport’s flight path so there is some noise from flights, mostly daytime. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again. Thank you for the accommodation Brandi!!!

Amazing Property for a Get-Away with Family

Our two weeks were superb at this house and we would return in a heartbeat, we actually didn’t want to leave. The yard is an Oasis and you don’t feel like you are in a City one bit. The owners were very communicative and responded immediately to any question we had as we got our bearings. The home is fully stocked with items for daily ease and plentiful things to do from swimming, corn hole, ping pong, play station, games and places to curl up and read a book. Would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

Fantastic

We absolutely loved our stay at the home. The house is impeccably clean. It has everything you could ever need, and more. We were amazed by the thoughtfulness of the items that were provided and thought of to ensure we were comfortable. The backyard was beautiful, fun and a favorite place for the children. Delightful stay, great communications

We’ve really enjoyed staying in this house, Brandi has been really quick to reply to any questions and resolve any minor issues. The house is absolutely lovely, and we’ve enjoyed being here, and would not hesitate to return. Perhaps some investment in more garden loungers would be nice and the dishwasher needs replacing. Minor issues on a great house and host. Thank you

Fantastic stay at this beautiful property.

Family of 4 stayed at this lovely property for 8 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The property had more than enough room for all of us to have our own space, room, etc. the backyard was larger than we expected and lots of things to do and relax. Additionally, the owner has clearly taken into consideration the fact families with kids will be staying here as there was a high chair, pac n play, toys, colouring books, dishes for kids etc. If there was one negative thing it would be that one of the bedrooms closest to the kitchen and main area is a barn door so you can’t really use the main area at night when a kid is sleeping there as it’s not sound proof. Additionally, the sky light in the room is bright so kids wake up early with light coming in. Other than that this is a great property for the price.
