Lighted tennis and pickle ball courts and 2 heated pools available next to the unit. Secluded, close to the beach and town. Located "in the middle of all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Attractions and 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding and eco exploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many owned restaurants show casting local catch, boutiques and shopping venues.
This top floor peaceful unit is accessible by stairs (2 flight of stairs). A spacious floor plan, the largest option in Beachside Villas condominiums connects the living, dinning and kitchen areas. The beautifully renovated kitchen features a breakfast adorned with reclaimed wood and new bar stools.
