Completely updated 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome located in the Bermuda Bay Community. Bermuda Bay is a beautiful Gulf to Bay property that is located directly across the street from the white sandy beaches offering you all of the conveniences you would want in an island stay. The complex has a large heated pool and spa, from the pool you can stroll down the boardwalk to the bay where you can try your luck at fishing, take in the scenery & wildlife or you can walk to the Gulf to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Offering something for everyone; it's a wonderful Anna Maria Island vacation destination.

This townhome offers it all - from the private garage, you can enter the home and head up to the main living area where you will find a full-size kitchen, dining area and over-sized living room, all of which have been updated with inviting beachy decor. The kitchen has everything you will need to make a quick snack or a full-course meal. This level offers balconies where you can enjoy sipping on your morning coffee or dining alfresco. One balcony is located off the dining area the other is located right off the living room and is complete with dining/sitting area. On the third level, you will find the primary bedroom that features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom and private balcony. Both guest rooms are on the third floor as well and have flat screen TVs and are adjacent to the full bath. This unit also offers full-size washer & dryer, beach cart/chairs and WiFi throughout. Bermuda Bay Club 1467 has two flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. Please note: For reservations longer than 28 nights or more than $20,000, a different cancellation policy applies - please see the Rental Agreement under the House Rules on the check-out page.

With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Included to get you started are the following:

Per Full Bathroom: 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Shower Products Set (including trial size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion), Cosmetic Cloth, Bath Mat
Per Kitchen: 2 Rolls of Paper Towels, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Sponge, Dishwasher Pods (x4), Laundry Detergent Pods (x4), All-Purpose Disinfectant, Microfiber Cloth, 2 Kitchen Towels

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

The primary suite is located upstairs and features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom.
The other two bedrooms are also located upstairs.
Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed & flat screen TV.
Bedroom 3 offers 2 twin beds, flat screen TV and is ideal for a kids room.
There is a full bath with a shower/tub combo between the two rooms.
The half bathroom is located on the main living level for your convenience.

This unit comfortably accommodates a group of 6.
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles.
