This was a wonderful home base for my North Shore trip! The condo was very clean and fully stocked with kitchen supplies, beach gear, books/games, Brita water pitcher, and more. The host had great communication and provided easy/clear instructions for check-in (entry codes, wifi, etc). For anyone with mobility issues or who prefers to avoid the stairway to the loft bedroom, I can personally vouch that the futon couch in the living room is quite comfy to sleep on! And last but not least, the view is even more lovely than the pictures show - you can even see peeks of the ocean through the trees. Would gladly stay here again!

The apartment was in a perfect location for us. It was a 8 min walk to Ritz Carlton and the beach. Area is peaceful, serene and gorgeous. Apartment is just like described. Clean and cozy and has everything you might need. Highly recommended.

Host was very helpful and informative and was always there if we needed any help. I would stay here again especially for the price point if you’re vacationing on a budget. Unit was clean and very comfortable for a studio.

Nice location and nice apartment. Air conditioning is a bit outdated compared to the other units around. Microwave didn’t open. Dust behind the TV and at the portable fan units.

Door code didn’t work. Couldn’t contact host. Had to move to a hotel down the road. Customer service was nice and refunded stay plus 50%. Pretty lame showing up to our condo at 8:30 pm in the dark and not being able to get in. Luckily the hotel had by the PCC had vacancy or we’d have to drive all the way back to Honolulu!

Was terribly hot in the condo when we first got there. Would be nice to have had the air already on before arriving. Took a good 5-6 hours to cool down. Other than that it was fine

Was not clean when we arrived. Dorito chip mess on floor and furniture. Dirty bathroom with pee on toilet, black whiskers and toothpaste in and aound sink. Had to make the bed and vacuum and sweep the floors, & fold a dryer full of towels before we could finally relax. The microwave door wouldn't open without force and prying. Security light above the front door flashed off and on all night, every night of our stay. Apart from that, we had a nice stay. Bed was comfortable.

Ich finde man muss man bei der Bewertung differenzieren, die Lage ist wunderschön, die Anlage ist super schön und der Zugang zum Ritz ist auch total schön. Ich würde bei der Wohnung nicht von einer „Luxuswohnung“ sprechen und auch nicht von „renoviert“. Das renoviert bezieht sich wahrscheinlich auf die Anlage. Es stimmt es gibt neue Geräte, in Bezug auf den Fernseher und eine neue Couch. Die Klimaanlage aber war sehr sehr alt, und sehr sehr laut. Und kühlte für mich nicht entsprechend gut (im Schlafzimmer, welches auf der Galerie war). Ich habe Nachts sehr geschwitzt und konnte dadurch nicht schlafen. Die Küche war auch relativ alt. Wir würden nicht noch mal hinfahren, in die Anlage schon, aber nicht in die Wohnung. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war auch eher okay als megafreundlich.

We really enjoyed the location of this rental — it’s in a prime spot with easy access to all the North Shore amenities and Turtle Bay Resort. The area is peaceful, and the condo came fully stocked with basics plus thoughtful extras like a beach umbrella and chair. The washer and dryer were a great bonus, and the bed (even without a frame) was very comfortable.The condo was clean, though it does feel a bit worn in places. One thing to note is that the brown bath and facial towels had an odd odor once wet, even after washing — replacing these would be an easy improvement. The AC policy of turning it off during the day meant the condo was quite warm when we returned, so keeping it on a low setting might make guests more comfortable.Overall, this was a convenient and well-equipped home base for exploring the North Shore, and with a few small updates, it could be even better

Nice place!

We liked everything except the stairs up to the bedroom. They were difficult maneuvering if you had to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and were half asleep. Very clean property.

Great Getaway!

Property was very clean and kept up. The Host communicated well. This was a nice quiet getaway on the North Shore of Oahu. Would highly recommend.

Awesome Location

The location was perfect as we preferred being out of the city area. Close to MANY beaches. The amenities were perfect - washer/dryer, dishwasher, and beach towls! Very clean unit and sofa bed in living room was quite comfortable. If I ever return to Oahu, I would definitely stay here again!

We chose this property because we fell in love with Oahu & it's diversity. The north shore had the most relaxing feel. This particular condo had been totally remodeled by the previous owner who was a wood craftsman. With the intent to live there, he put a lot of care into every detail.
