Closest to Hotel and Beach, Split Air Conditioners

This condo is called 'The 19th Hole' because it is located on the 18th hole of the Fazio Golf Course. It is as close as you can get to the Turtle Bay Hotel from Kuilima condos. There are split system air conditioners in the bedroom, loft bedroom and living room. The beaches are quiet and sandy and you can swim year round at the bay beach (even during pounding high winter surf). There is a comfy California King bed in the bedroom. Main floor bathroom has tub/shower, sink and toilet. Sleeps 4 adults and up to a total of 6 guests including children in beds. The leather double reclining sofa is a perfect place to relax after a fun filled day. The loft has a full bath with shower, toilet and sink, 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed. Guests at Kuilima East have full use of the swimming pools and tennis court and pickle ball court on site. There is free high speed wireless internet access. Condo is fully furnished with all the kitchen amenities, pickle ball equipment and beach gear for your stay.
Condo is limited to 4 adults total.

Great location

You can't beat the location of this rental. Condo was clean, good communication with property manager, had good access to clean and well maintained pool, tennis and pickleball courts. Four stars because this rental could use updating. Medicine cabinet in main bath is pealing, tub /shower is warn, one of the stairs going up to the loft is off set and could be a fall hazard. Also, having notes taped all over the place with rules is unsightly, could been done much better. Having the book of rules should be enough.

Christmas Vacation

The condo is clean, comfortable and has all the necessities. Beds were comfortable too. Gina our host was very easy to communicate with. Its nice to have the Turtle Bay amenities and ocean within walking distance.

Nice location, not clean

The lay-out and location is nice, Northshore is fantastic. The placecurself was not clean.....sticky table we had to clean, floor was dirt y (had to clean our feet before getting in bed after showering).

Great Location, Comfortable Stay

This was our first trip to Hawaii and we are very glad we chose this location. The condo is in the perfect spot if you are wanting to stay out of the big city. We enjoyed the morning deck views and amenities of the property (pool, pickleball courts). We did have a vehicle for the duration of our stay and was happy to not have to worry about a parking spot. The condo itself was comfortable for the 4 of us. Lots of room, never felt crowded. The 2 bathrooms were great, and comfortable beds. Some feedback though - some of the kitchenware is quite old/well used and could be upgraded as well as removing carpet in the upstairs/loft would go a long way in cleanliness and just to freshen the place up. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay & can't wait to come back to this beautiful island.

Dated. Very much in need of a remodel

Not a great place for the family. Especially with small kids. Stairs up to the second level are steep and some loose. Everything is dated and or low quality. Won't stay here again. We actually left a night early and stayed in a hotel. Not impressed whatsoever.

Great place for family of 5

Great location. Gina’s directions are spot on. Easy access to beaches. Lots of water shoes, flippers, goggles, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and a yellow beach umbrella, if you don’t want to bring your own. We brought our own ZIPOUTE full face masks ($32 Amazon) that worked amazingly well for snorkeling. Nice to have a separate bed for each child in the loft. Water filtering pitcher in refrigerator. Decent snorkeling at Kuilima Cove, better at Pupukea tide pools (wear water shoes). Only 20 minutes or so, depending on traffic, to Waimea Bay Beach Park (our favorite) & Waimea Valley with beautiful gardens and a swim in the waterfall. The Toa Luau is wonderful and tickets get you into the Valley free that day. A wonderful family vacation! Thank you!

Broken

We picked this rental due to its location close to Turtle Bay resort and while others had complained about its dated decor, I felt the price was good and a fair trade-off on a dated appearance. However, I had not counted on major appliances and other items being broken. The air conditioner in the master bedroom was broken. The fan worked, but the air conditioner did not cool the room. I suspect the owner knew the air conditioner was broken because when we came in not only were all the air conditioners on, but she had set up a box fan under the open staircase to blow cold air from the working ac in the living room back towards the master bedroom. While this did help, the bedroom was uncomfortably warm during the day, though tolerable at night. However, one had to keep the bedroom door open to benefit, which was annoying when one party wanted to stay up later and watch TV in the nearby living room. The dishwasher was also broken. We discovered this our first day there when we returned from the grocery to find a strange man in our rental. He had installed the new dishwasher for the owner, but the previous tenants had complained it was not working. He thought the owner was going to call us to let us know he would be by. He was unable to fix the unit and left. I texted the owner to make sure she had my cell phone number and to let her know about the problem with the AC. She texted back she would put her AC guy on it, but no one came to repair either unit the 5 days we were there. The curtain rod over the sliding glass door to the balcony was also broken. I assume its brokeness as there as no curtain across the glass wall that was the back of the rental. While that wall backed onto the golf course, it was a bit disconcerting to have no privacy curtain when I was walking around in my nightgown in the evening or early AM, lit up for any to see who happened out behind these condos. There were some nice features like the newish Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella for guests to use, but when we opened up the umbrella at the beach we discovered it was…...yep, you guessed it….broken.

Property was condo at turtle bay. We have a daughter and her family on the North Shore so we visit often. This condo was stocked well with a full kitchen and supplies to go to the beach. We walked to restaurants and beaches. Also pool on site. We used it a few days during our stay. Highly recommend.

Comfortable Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is comfortable with 4 beds and air conditioning and fans in each room. It had everything we needed for cooking and was clean. Short walk to golf course and Turtle Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Best thing about the condo is if you are not staying at Turtle Bay Hotel or The Villa’s this is the closest place to the beach. With two kids and my older parents it made the beach convenient with 5 minute walk

Awesome stay on the North Shore

We really enjoyed our time at the condo. It had everything we needed and then some. From the air conditioning that cooled everything off in a matter of minutes after spending the day at the beach to the comfortable beds we fell into exhausted from all the fun we were having. There were plenty of beach supplies and plenty of kitchen appliances. The location was perfect- we love the North Shore and hope to visit again soon.

Great Location

This 2nd floor condo is in a great location, situated next to the Ritz golf course and a short walk to the shoreline. We found the unit clean and nicely equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some TLC; but, this did not detract from our stay.

North Shore

Gina was great from the start with everything. The condo was clean and perfect size for our family. My sister and her family were staying at Turtle Bay Resort so this was perfect. Literally one of the closet units to the resort. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Gina!!

I liked this location because it is so close to the resort and beaches. It is as far away from the highway as you can get and is easy to find within Kuilima Estates East.

End unit with windows for extra light in the living room. Looks over a grassy lawn and trees onto the 18th hole of the Fazio Golf Course. Lanai is very private. AC in living room and bedroom and loft.
