This property is situated in the famous Turtle Bay complex, with its own private gated entrance for your peace of mind.
You will appreciate the comfort and elegance of the bedroom suite with a queen bed and AC, the living room with a sleeper sofa, TV and dining table, and the full kitchen with all the essentials. You will also adore the large lanai with a beautiful view of a creek and a lush landscape.
Our condo is just steps away from the pool where you can unwind and enjoy the sun. The Kuilima Condos complex also offers tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ area, outdoor showers and a walking path to the beach.

Property was so clean and felt very homely. We had no issues with anything! The lanai was amazing for morning coffee and so close to the pool! And pool was 10/10 very clean! We love this place very much. Perfect for our first time on the island!

Turtle Bay Review

Great place to stay! Beautiful bays to spend time at, great food options in Kahuku and Laie. Very clean, great location. The only issue is totally beyond the owner's control, during our stay, the unit above us had a family staying there that made a lot of noise. Sounded like they were having a track meet in their unit.

Peaceful and Very Tasteful

We used to live in Honolulu and often made trips up to Turtle Bay, including renting a condo, so we knew what to expect. This one exceeded our expectations because of its ideal position, right against the golf course with lovely morning views and only the sound of the waves beyond the iron wood trees. We also greatly appreciated the very tasteful decorations, paintings and furniture. The condo was an easy walk to the beach and hotel, but far enough away to hear nothing of anything there.Our host had a most helpful folder explaining all the household appliances including the washer and drier that are modern and worked really well. There was liquid wash soap to hand, and in fact so many small helpful items. The bed was comfortable with a very efficient fan above but also a strong AC. It has two bathrooms, very helpful when two people want a shower at once!!We would happily return next time we come to Hawaii!Thank you to David for so thoughtfully providing a wonderful retreat!

Great Stay

My daughter and I needed a play to stay over a long weekend. North Shore is one of our favorite spots! The condo was in close walking distance to the hotel and beach. The unit was well equip with the supplies we needed. Check in and check out were very easy. The screened in patio overlooking the golf course was our favorite. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

This is a great location it's very close walking distance to turtle Bay and the shore. The home is very cozy and had a Roku device which was nice for the kids. The bedroom is air conditioned but the rest of the house is not and just runs on fans but that didn't bother us too much because we weren't there during the day.

Perfect family getaway

Great location with the beach and a pool close by. Unit was equipped with everything you’d need, we really enjoyed our stay! One thing to note is you need the fob to access the pool. Would stay again for sure!

Nice view and comfortable

This place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We used the kitchen a lot and enjoyed the peaceful lanai. Everything was clean and nice and we thoroughly enjoyed the location. If we had some feedback for the property managers would be on climate control. We are from a colder climate, so the local temperature was hot to us. Getting the unit to a comfortable, uniform temperature was challenging. There is a single window style a/c unit in the bedroom at one end of the unit and no good way for the air to circulate through the rest of the unit. So the bedroom was always the coldest room in the unit, and the living room, which is the furthest away, and where we spent most of our time, was the warmest. When we stayed in another unit at Turtle Bay, they had an a/c unit in the bedroom and one in the living room. It was much more efficient and comfortable. Despite this, we had a great time and would stay here again.

Great Location

We loved the location of this condo within the complex. We loved the view of the ponds and the ability to walk the golf path. We also enjoyed the paths provided by the Turtle Bay Resort and we walked all of them. A tip- past pill box there is wonderful beach that is practically empty and easy to swim in. This home is really comfortable and was well stocked with the basics. David responded to us within a minute during our stay when we had a question. He is super responsive. We plan on coming back to Turtle Bay and staying at this same condo again.

Nice affordable North Shore option for couple or small family

This condo offered all of the basics, with great amenities offered close by at the Turtle Bay resort, which is a short walk away. The property manager was extremely responsive, pleasant, and accommodating. Complex was clean and quiet. Golf course view off back lanai was nice, and we never saw any playing action. Footsteps from unit above can be heard, but not overly disruptive, even with our infant sleeping. Without central AC, living room and kitchen can get warm, but ceiling fan helps and the AC in the bedroom works very well to keep you cool while sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

We stayed at Kawela Bay for 5 nights and had the best time. The location is ideal, walking distance to the beach, and the use of the resort is a huge bonus. The snorkelling at nearby 3 Tables is a must. Highly recommend

Perfect condo for our stay!!

Our family had an amazing time at this condo. It was clean, well-stocked, and in a fantastic location. The property manager was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in paradise!

Resort style accommodations on North Shore

we give this property an overall five star. The owners go beyond to provide a superiorly stocked unit.The interior and furnishing were so immaculately clean. The neighborhood pool is gorgeous and nice sized and is just steps away from the unit. The resorts beach is further than a minutes walk. Most folks would require taking a car up to the beach if you are taking anything more than a towel. Beach access parking is provided. The snorkeling at the resort is not spectacular by any means. The beach does get crowded but does provide ample chase lounges. Turtle Bay is a great location in general for North Shore accessibility to food trucks, snorkeling ,diving and shopping.Sharks Cove & 3TableTops arethe premier diving and snorkeling sites on the North Shore are just 15 min away! A few weak links to be mentioned are; Tiny coffee drip maker Can get a bit noisy at times with upstairs unit directly above. The in window air conditioner which is in the bedroom smells very musty when in use. The mustiness brought on an allergy reaction I didn’t even know I had. I found the 3 out of the five days we were there to be fighting a reaction to the mustiness order when the unit was on. In all fairness the property whom which we had stayed at the previous 7 days had the same issue. Experiencing 2different property’s over a 2 week stay on the island Knowing what I know now I would have booked this property for my entire stay. Thank you for sharing your home & warm Hawaiian hospitality with us.

Wonderful Stay at Kawela Bay

This ground level condo was a perfect place for a North Shore vacation. The location on the edge of the golf course was open, peaceful, and beautiful. Although not right on the beach, it was only a very short walk to the water. The condo was very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in lanai. We loved sitting there for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Mahalo to David for having everything ready for our arrival, and for making the rental process so easy. We hope to be able to return one day.

This condo was amazing! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! Perfect size for us two and our 11 year old. Dishwasher and washer/dryer was a plus and great view of the golf course! Also loved that the resort had a restaurant in walking distance. Would stay here again!
