Additional single folding bed can be easily set up in master bedroom or living room for additional guest. Ceiling fans in each room. Master bedroom with king sized bed and own bathroom. A private door leads to covered side patio where you can sit and have coffee while reading a good book.

Kitchen designed for entertainment and fully stocked with microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, tea, spices. Kitchen island with seating and drawers/cabinets filled with cookware, utensils, BBQ tongs, everything you need to make a meal. Large pantry with sliding drawers. There is a 6 seat dining table next to french doors opening up to backyard.
